To focus on the families of this city by reaching the North, South, East and West of Evansville. Reaching out to relatives, friends, co-workers, and backsliders who have left our church over the years.

With this plan we expect a significant increase in our attendance within 6 months to a year, along with many new souls filled with the Holy Ghost

It has been prophesied that 25 new families will come quickly and we’ve already started seeing this happen

We need everyone to help and be apart There is a place for EVERYONE to do something To make this work effectively we need 50+

people

Eliminate the Bus Ministry and Super Church

Family Outreach will be on the 1st Saturday of each month and will consist of 4 soul winning teams reaching the North, South, East and West of Evansville. Team leaders are: North – Sis Sherry Roberts South – Bro Brett Clark East – Bro Chad Bayer West – Bro Paul Mack

Each team will consist of 10 or more members.

Lead sheets will be passed out to the church for potential contacts. These contacts should include back sliders, relatives, friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc. The contacts will be entered into a database, divided by zip code and assigned to a team.

Visitor cards with contact information will also be entered into this database and divided/assigned the same way.

Team leaders will review their outreach contact list and meet with their team on what action to take that Saturday.

Blank Lead sheets for Potential contacts will be placed by the tithes envelopes for Saints to drop-in information at any time.

Bible Study Team, which includes Bishop Bayer, Pastor Moore, Bro and Sis Fox, Bro and Sis Parker and Bro and Sis Wyrick, will receive leads from the Soul Winning Teams.

Database information will be maintained by Outreach Secretary, Sis Angel Bayer.

Family Sunday School Breakfast will be the 1st Sunday of each month at 9am to provide fellowship.

Breakfast team will be created consisting of 4 or more members.

Soul Winning Teams will be assigned by Sunday, August 1st.

Outreach Kickoff will be August 7th. Family Breakfast will be August 8th .

Family outreach will be the 1st Saturday of each month (if unable to attend, please inform Team Leader)

Reach out to the individuals designated by the Team Leader Team leader will indicate what action to take with

either a visit, card or phone call Reach out with limited door knocking using the

Free Family Breakfast as a promotion tool Promote Bible Studies (ask and note if

interested) Document outreach results and return to team

leaders.

Breakfast will be held the 1st Sunday of each month, following the Saturday Family Outreach

Work with team members on planning the Breakfast menu. (Suggestions: Eggs, Bacon, biscuits/gravy or

simply donuts with coffee/milk/juice) Food should be prepared for 50 to 100

people Purchasing, preparing and clean up (church

will reimburse the purchase cost).
