Family Involvement Checklist

• The Family Checklist was designed to help teams evaluate their progress in involving families in PBIS .

• This checklist should be considered often as teams do their planning.

• The checklist looks at many areas of family involvement.

The Checklist will address…….

Volunteering• Family Involvement in Decision-Making• Community Involvement
