FOREWARDWE ARE PROUD TO RELEASE COLLEGIANS SOCCER CLUB'S STRATEGIC PLAN 2020-2023.
It's a bold vision for our club into the future and defines our identity, our focus and our values.
We call it COLLIES FOOTBALL FAMILY, and it's aboutinspiring, developing, and uniting all of our members to loveand enjoy the game of football and instill a sense of pridewithin all of our 'Collies'.
Our club is in great shape, with a strong financial position anda record number of participants driving our club's growth.This is due to the improved engagement and communicationbetween our members, an incredible club committee and clubvolunteers, and the support of community partnerships.
Our playing memberships continue to grow, especially in ourjunior teams, and we are especially proud of the continuedparticipation of female players within our club. We remainthe only club in Bathurst District which fields all-girl teams.
We also have a record number of committee and clubvolunteers which have anabled us to provide additionalprograms and services in a successful and sustainable way.
We are committed to a renewed effort in supporting anddeveloping our coaches and players by ensuring we budgetfor and provide resources and equipment to our teamcoaches and managers.
Similarly, we have also invested in our players, with a numberof programs aimed at creating skillful, confident footballerswith a growth-mindset; who display the values ofsportsmanship and respect.
We believe our club can retain our core values of inclusion and funwithin a football family, while also supporting the development of ourplayers to become skillful and confident footballers.
Our new four-year strategic plan is designed to build on this positivemomentum. This ensures that we deliver on today's commitment toour members, while putting in place key initiatives and structures tosustain the club's future strength and direction.
This document provides a high-level view of our strategic priorities,the detailed plan incorporates over 40 actions across our club. All ofthese actions have defined KPIs, accountabilities and timings, mappedout over a four-year period.
We invite all of our members to consider our plan and reach out andlet us know of aspects of the plan that are of importance to you andour club.
It's an exciting time to be a part of our club , and we extend ourthanks to for the continued support of our partners, members and thefootball community as a whole. Together we look to create an evenbrighter future for our COLLIES FOOTBALL FAMILY.

There are so many wonderful aspects of the game of Football.We believe it can bring joy and happiness to ALL children andadults. We want to support and strengthen the existing passionwithin the local football community, in order to help promote anddeliver the game of football to even more people!
We want to lead the way in how we develop our players andcoaches and support others to do the same. We want all of ourmembers to foster a deep, emotional connection with the club,where our identity and sense of pride align with our core valuesof family, inclusion, and fun.
Finally, we want our members to develop a passion for football asthey become a part of our FootbALL Family.
Our club was founded on the principles of inclusion and funwithin a supportive and family-friendly environment. Our visionfor Collegians Soccer Club is to uphold these ideals into thefuture, whilst also adopting a structured and strategic approachto developing quality coaches and skillful, confident footballers.
Not only will this approach help to sustain the future growth ofour club, it will also enable us to cater more effectively forfootballers from all ages and stages.
We will achieve this by allgning our fundraising and communityfootball programs, renewing our efforts to retain and developcoaches and players, and celebrating our clubs history andsuccesses together.
Our vision will be achieved by 2024 with record numbers ofparticipation, volunteer engagement and member approvalthroughout the club.
