The countdown to Christmas can be a very stressful one. The best stress buster is to get organised and the best way to get organised is to make some lists.

Here are a few lists to help you keep calm and stay in control over the festive period. Enjoy!

Lists, lists, Glorious Lists!

Christmas Food Shopping List

if you’re cooking the Christmas

dinner or responsible for a course

make a list of what you will need.

Just like your gift list carry this list

with you too and start buying bits

and pieces with your ordinary food

shop. Make sure you are stocked up

with the basics. Make a list of fresh

foods including fruit and vegetables.

Christmas Card Listmake a list of who you are sending

cards to. Remember Royal Mail

posting recommended dates this

year are 18th December for 2nd

class and 20th December for 1st

Class. Remember to write a list of

everyone who sent you a Christmas

card and add it to your card list.

Christmas Gift Listmake a list of who you are buying gifts for. Jot down any gift ideas you may have and list any gifts you have already bought through the year. Keep your list with you wherever you go as you might fi nd a gift when you least expect to. Remember to add a few spares just in case.
