DesignLife inspired.

In search of the perfect hood.

A collection of hoods with a contemporary flavour to satisfy every

desire and need in the kitchen. Featuring unique aesthetic and

functional solutions, Design is a collection created from Falmec’s

creativity and different collaborations with established and emerging

designers. An ongoing, shared “work in progress” that has allowed

us to create a range inspired by absolute perfection: in its forms, its

materials and its technologies.

No-Drop system.

No drips in the kitchen.

Falmec has developed innovative

technology that finally solves

the problem of liquids dripping

as cooking vapours condense,

an unpleasant and common

occurrence, particularly with

induction hobs. Falmec’s patented

“No-Drop System” consists of a

set of metallic filters with a criss-

cross structure developed to cause

cooking vapours to condense so

that they can be channelled and

captured in a suitable receptacle. In

addition, the surface of the filters is

treated with a special coating that

prevents the formation of drops

of condensed cooking vapours.

These are trapped and distributed

evenly across the surface.

Feel Sensor.

The hoods equipped with the

“Feel” technology are smart

objects, equipped with sensors

that constantly monitor the

variations in the quality (VOC)

of the air, and according to

this information automatically

implement the operating speed of

the hood and finally its shutdown.

Thanks to the automatic operation

we no longer have to worry about

the hood; optimal performance

of the appliance is guaranteed,

to ensure the best efficiency with

maximum energy saving and the

best air indoor.

Dynamic LED Light.

Shed new light on your kitchen.

The interior of kitchen may have

different sources of light which

are not always in harmony in

terms of tone. To even out the

different colour temperatures of

LED lights, Falmec has developed

Dynamic Light, a new technology

that electronically controls and

regulates the colour temperature

of your hood’s lights, ranging from

2700K (warm light) to 5600K

(cold light).

This enables you to decide whether

to set off your kitchen with warm

or cold light, according to your

personal preferences.

Green Tech.

Falmec, always thinking of the

environment, presents

Green Tech: a new technology that

brings new levels of performance

and energy saving to its products.

Green Tech motors, equipped

with an extraction capacity of

800m3/h, use electronic control

that maximises the performance

of the motor in every phase and

mode of operation, contributing

to a reduction in energy lost by the

system. What’s more, the use of

permanent magnets placed on the

rotor allow a drastic reduction in

the energy absorbed by the hood.

In fact, compared to traditional

motors, energy consumption is

reduced by 60% in the fourth

speed (maximum flow) and an

impressive 90% in the first speed.

protruding glass frame is the only

element in sight, while the heart of

the technology stays hidden and

built into the false ceiling.

The design guarantees seamless

integration in the ceiling with the

glass lit frame offering relief when

Falmec has developed an

innovative technology that

finally solves the problem of

liquids dripping due to cooking

vapours condensation. This

is an unpleasant and common

occurrence, particularly

accentuated when using induction

hobs. Falmec’s patented “No-

Drop System” consists of a set of

metallic filters with a criss-cross

structure designed

to channel liquids which are

captured in a suitable collector.

In addition, filters surface is

treated with a special coating

that prevents the formation of

larger drops. Cooking vapours

are instead spread and pulverized

evenly across the filters surface,

and then collected.
