SPRING PICTURE DAYOur spring photo program provides your students with an opportunity to have a fun and professional themed portrait taken. Unlike traditional fall picture day, spring picture day allows students to express a more unique side of themselves and are able to choose from, fun non-traditional backdrop and prop options.

By leveraging the 30 years of fundraising experience our parent company Frankenmuth Fundraising has to offer, Photo Fun Day Studio has created the perfect solution for your school’s fall picture day needs.

Working with teachers, administrators and parents, Frankenmuth Fundraising has been able to develop powerful marketing strategies. These strategies help maximize sales, generating the most needed dollars for hundreds of schools every year.

How we plan on maximizing your school’s returnWe plan on maximizing your school’s return from fall picture day, by increasing overall participation and by offering customers high value picture package options. School picture day on average receives 20 - 45% participation. Utilizing our unique and proven strategies, we plan on helping your school to increase participation to an average of 60 - 90%.

We reward participationOur strategy involves incentives that reward participation. Every student who purchases a picture package will receive a chance to win a prize! We allocate a 5% budget up to $500, that will be used to purchase things like gift cards, movie tickets, and other fun, family friendly prizes. These prizes are then awarded to participating students through a random drawing process. 1 Winner Per Grade

A rewarding coloring contest for elementary students We offer a fun coloring contest for your elementary school. Students color a provided coloring sheet, that is then turned in with their order form. Participating students are then entered for a chance to win our MEGA PHOTO GIVEAWAY package. Winners also receive a full refund for their original package purchase. 1 Winner Per Grade

Holiday Hop ShotsDuring a spring picture shoot at your elementary school, we can bring the Easter Bunny. This is an added option, that provides a fun opportunity for students to get holiday pictures.

Design Option OneYour school has the option of designing the yearbook yourselves, using our powerful and easy to use yearbook design software. We provide you with a Yearbook CD, which will automatically populate your yearbook with the students and sta�. You then follow an easy, step-by-step process of choosing a theme and clip-art you would like displayed in your yearbook. You have the ability to upload your own candid photos to be included as well!

Design Option TwoThe other option is a hands free solution. Your school can choose to have Photo Fun Day design your yearbook for you. We have expert graphic designers on sta�, who are dedicated to providing your school with an awesome �nished product. Once �nished, we provide your school with a FREE PDF proof of your yearbook for your approval.
