FACILITY INFORMATIONINCLEMENT WEATHER POLICYThe pools will be closed in the event of thunder and/or lightning for 30 minutes from the last thunder or lightning detection by our staff. For more information regarding this policy, please visit the Welcome Center.

CREDITS & REFUNDSCredits will be issued after classes start only when a serious illness is certified by a doctor and a note is provided prior to the end of the session. Our policy is to issue system credits which are valid for one year from date of issue. The ESCNJ reserves the right to cancel programs. Credits or refunds will be given toward a future program. Please allow 2 weeks for credits or refunds to be processed.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION/HOLD POLICYCancellation and hold forms must be filled out in person at the facility. Members are required to give a 30 day notice from their next draft date in order to properly cancel or hold their membership as is outlined in the membership agreement. Outstanding balances must be paid prior to the cancellation or hold of a membership.

CHILD WATCHAdults with current memberships or paid guest passes may use our Child Watch services. Parents MUST remain in the building while their child is in Child Watch. All children must be signed in and out of Child Watch.Monday – Thursday 6pm-8pm

The ESCNJ reserves the right to cancel and/or modify any policy, fee, class, schedule, and/or regulation without notice.

PAYMENT METHODSPersonal check, money order, credit card, or cash. Credit card payments are accepted online or at the Aquatics & Fitness Center. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Payment plans are made at the discretion of the ESCNJ Management. Charges will appear as “ESCNJ Aquatics & Fitness Center.” Returned checks, EFTs, credit, and debit cards will incur a $25 return fee.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICYClasses that are cancelled due to inclement weather (swim lessons and SNAP) will be posted on our website (www.TheAquaticsCenter.com). Please check the website for updates.

EMPHASIS ON SAFETYThe ESCNJ is fully insured under a general liability policy. Should an accident occur, it is the family’s health insurance that provides primary coverage for the participant. All incidents/accidents must be reported immediately. In order to protect the safety and well being of our members and participants, children are not to be left alone in the facility at any time. All children 13 and under must be monitored by a responsible adult over the age of 18. Program participants may be left unaccompanied during their scheduled class but a responsible adult must be present in the building.

YOUTH BOOT CAMP

Ages 7 - 14Designed for younger participants with no weight training involved. Kids can enjoy working out in a fun, yet competitive environment. Sessions will be circuit station formatted and lead by our certified personal trainer. Sessions will be modified to meet the ability level(s) of the participants. A minimum of 5 participants are required to run the session.

Ages 5 – 12Develop and fine tune your child’s skills and fitness in preparation for basketball season. Achieve the compulsory skills and training to better prepare your young athlete for the challenges faced in organized sports. Sessions will include a warm up period, skill instruction, skill practice, and game time. A minimum of5 participants are required to run the session.

Ages 5 – 12This program is designed to teach the fundamental skills of soccer and sportsmanship values. GET A HEAD START ON YOUR NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION!

Lead by our certified personal trainer and nutritionist, Andrew, this session will cover the basics of nutrition, how to make small changes to get started, the importance of physical activity in your nutrition plan, and move forward on your way to better results in your personal fitness journey! A minimum of 5 participants to run the class. Class Maximum is 25 participants.

SPINProviding you with intense cardio while catering to participants of all fitness levels, the instructor will lea you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your workout. Bikes are available on a first come, first served basis. Class will be held in the Blue Community.

ADAPTIVE PROGRAMSSUNDAY SWIM CLUBIndividuals with special needs and their families (up to four individuals) can enjoy a day at the ESCNJ Aquatics & Fitness Center at a discounted price – $15 for the family, saving approximately $35 on a family of four!

SUNDAYS 12:00PM

ADAPTIVE SWIM LESSONSA parent must accompany swimmer with disabilities in the water during the first lesson. The instructor will determine whether the parent must continue to accompany the swimmer in the water for the remainder of the classes. A diagnosis report may be required. Lessons are scheduled around the availability of the instructor and your personal schedule. To schedule, please complete an interest form at the Welcome Center, and we will reach out via the email address on your account to schedule the first class, as availability is limited.

SNAPSpecial Needs Aquatic Play – children with special needs and their families (up to four individuals) are invited to play and socialize in an informal and fun filled environment. This program is free to families with special needs but registration is required. A parent and/or another responsible adult is required to accompany children in the pool. The majority of swimmers choose to utilize the Activity Pool but if a swimmer is able to pass the ESCNJ Aquatics & Fitness Center swim test, he/she is able to utilize the Lap Pool with supervision.FRIDAYS 6:00PM
