ACCREDITATION:
These programs meet the accreditation criteria of: - the College of Family Physicians of Canada for Mainpro-M1 credit(s).
- the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as an accredited group learning
activity (Section 1) defined by the Maintenance of Certification.
- a reciprocal agreement between the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons
of Canada and the American Medical Association, for AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s).

Planning Committee, making this program independent of any commercial influence.
No CHPE accredited program receives direct financial support from any pharmaceutical or other
commercial company; nor does any speaker receive such support for participation in these
programs.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Our programs offer participants the opportunity to:
- maintain and enhance their competence in a wide variety of family and
general practice subjects.
- acquire knowledge of new investigations, management strategies and
therapies.
- develop practical office-based screening and disease prevention strategies.

THE REGISTRATION FORM: 1 An additional fee of $40 will be charged on onsite registration. 2 Discount will apply to registrations received or postmarked before August 31, 2012. 3 Regular fee will apply to registrations received or postmarked after August 31, 2012. 4 McGill Faculty-McGill ID mandatory; Residents-letter from Chief of staff; Nurse and Other Health
Care Professionals-proof required. If proof is not submitted, your registration will be cancelled
and cancellation fees will apply.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- Make cheque payable to: McGill University.
- Registration is payable by cheque or credit card. No cash payments will be accepted.
- Tax receipts will be emailed to you upon registration. Please keep a copy of this
email for your records. A $10 fee will be charged for additional copies.
- A $25 fee will be charged for all additional certificates
- All presentations are delivered in English. Questions may be asked in either English or
French.
