ABOUT THE SITELyondellBasell’s Tuscola Plant began production in 1953 and is located 113 miles from Indianapolis. The plant is the only synthetic ethanol manufacturer in North America. Site expansions include the construction of a new powerhouse in 2017 and the installation of new reactors and a control room in 2016.
