Our Facilities Management division provides 24/7, 365 days of the year on-call facilities, including a help desk.

In-house Service Delivery:
We provide the full range of facilities management and maintenance services, including repair and minor works.
PREDICTIVEMAINTENANCETailored to specific client needs in order to reduce reactive calls and increase the life cycle of client assets. We have in-house thermographers who carry out thermal imaging of premises which highlight areas where energy is being lost. Predictive maintenance plans enable the client to save money and help the environment.
PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCEBased on legislative compliance, manufacturers’ recommendations, best practice and client needs. All planned maintenance is controlled through our computer FM system. Our Planned Maintenance regime includes disciplines such as legionella testing, portable appliance testing, fire alarm testing etc.

ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATESWe provide the inspection and certification services for the energy perfomance rating of buildings. The certificate is accompanied by a report which includes cost effective recommendations to improve the energy ratings. For each improvement, indicative paybacks are listed.
REACTIVE MAINTENANCEWe strive to eliminate reactive maintenance. Where this is not possible all resources needed to resolve the issue are at our finger tips. Our helpdesk Managers are a team of dedicated trained technicians who are accessable 24/7.
