Amalfi’s coast is studded with more than a dozen caves , most accessible and spectacular . The most famous in the

world is “The Cave Of Esmerald” . Rays of lights, that brake into the clear water, make their colour to be seen

like greenish

Pompei

A magnificent Roman city that was ruined in the year 79 B.C. , when Vesuvius erupted. Within two days the city was

covered with ash in the height of 6-7 meters and it’s everyday live was preserved under the layers .

PompeiThe walking among streets, temples, remnants of palaces, market squares, fountains is exciting also to those who do not love archaeology

The Islands in the Bay of Naples Ischia, Capri, Procida and Vivara: these are the main islands in the bay of Naples. To the north of the gulf are situated Ischia, Procida and Vivara, looking toward the “Flegrea” coast, while in the south, opposite to the Sorrento peninsula, lays Capri.

Ischia Ischia is the

largest one and it is called “the green island” because it is

totally covered by trees, gardens

and flowers, for its volcanic

thermal spas as well as for its

beaches.

Ischia Two of the most famous beaches are: Sant’Anna cliffs, just in front of the

Aragonese castel, standing on a small island and reachable by crossing a stone bridge

and Sant’Angelo, an old fishing village and actually a peaceful oasis, full of trees and plants
