Operation: Dogs’ Refuge Home
Did you know?
It is estimated that a week’s worth of the New York Times contains more information then a person was likely to come across in a lifetime during the 1800’s.
Translation
Such an exponential amount of information requires selective listening.
You’ve selected to listen to this presentation.

Responsibility Matrix
After meeting with our affiliates it would be beneficial to The Dogs Refuge and ourselves to create a 12 month plan. This would include a calendar of proposed future events which can later be implemented.
We also discussed some new methods of media distribution and possible advertising with The Melville Herald.
Since we last spoke
In a phone conversation which took place on the 12/05/09 possible news articles and advertising opportunities where discussed to be placed in The Melville Herald. It was confirmed via the meeting that a “spot has been reserved and it had already been sorted by Karen.”
We are currently looking at more possible opportunities in the free publicity area

Story Boarding
It is our objective to increase the awareness of The Dogs Refuge Home, in doing this we can potentially increase volunteer numbers.
As this is apart of our SMART objective we aim to spread as much awareness as possible.
What we aim to achieve
As apart of the new partnership between the dogs home and The Melville Herald they are now able to advertise for volunteers through this service.
There have been a few new enquiries about volunteering for the dog home through free publicity.
