, . Abstract. bjective to study the feature of the influence of road infrastructure on wildlife.

In the presented work the analysis of the Russian legislation in terms of protection of the animal

world, including recent changes, analyzed the world experience in studying the migration of

animals across the motorway, and the application abroad of technical engineering solutions to these

problems. On the basis of the work, and in order to preserve the quantitative and species

composition of fauna from the negative impact of road infrastructure we have discussed the

proposals as a practical administrative nature, and legislative amendments and additions.

Introducing the legislation in Russia submitted proposals, we will not only reduce the frequency of

death of animals on roads and highways, keeping them in species and quantitative composition, but

also save property, and most importantly the lives and health of road users.
