I. Advance Parking of funds withbanks has been increased fromRs.1 crore to Rs.3 crore based onthe justification provided by theconcerned bank and at thediscretion of NABARD.

IV. NBFCs registered with RBl areincluded as eligible FinancialInstitution to participate in the

programme

V. Farmer Producer companies areeligible to receive subsidy underthe scheme. If required morethan one pumpset would be madeeligible for such companies

Vl. Bulk loaning by banks to DairyCooperative Societies is alsoeligible for subsidy providedbanks provide data andinformation to NABARD asstipulated under the scheme.

Vll. Solar Pumpsets used for all

purposes relating to agriculturalallied activities like diary, poultryetc. as also for manufacturing ofsalt are covered under the

programme.

Vlll. Solar pumpsets of Drinking watersocieties is allowed for subsidy

lx. All solarcompanies empaneled byMNRE can operate in any state

provided they have VATregistration in the operatingstate. However all the unitsinstalled by the empaneledCompanies for which loans aresanctioned by banks from 3November 2014 onwards onlyshall be eligible for subsidy.

The undersigned is directed to say that the following decisions were taken under

Credit Link Capital Subsidy Scheme implemented through NABARD:

1, Advance Parking of funds with banks has been increased from Rs. 1 crore to Rs.3 crore based on the justification provided by the concerned bank and at thediscretion of NABARD.

2. Solar Pumps higher than 5 HP and upto 10 HP will be eligible for 5 HP subsidy.However, total subsidy will not exceed the subsidy admissible for 5 HP System.This is applicable to both NABARD Scheme and State Programme.
