Thanksgiving Potluck November 22 • 6-8pm
Dedication Grove - 3:30pm
Before the dinner begins, Wells Branch Staff will congregate
around the dedication grove to recognize new pavers added
in memory and achievement. The dedication will begin at
3:30pm. Directly follow-ing the dedication, our Wells Branch
neighbors once again come together for our annual
Thanksgiving potluck dinner. The fellowship will be held
from 6-8pm at the Recreation Center, 3000 Shoreline Drive.
Everyone is encouraged to bring a side dish or dessert to serve
10. The turkey, ham, dressing, potatoes, bread, and beverages
will be provided and served by the WB MUD.
*The WBNA will be collecting non-perishable items for the St.
Andrews Food Bank at this event. Donations welcome.
Youth Fowl Shot Contest November 25 • 6-8 pm
WB Rec. Ctr. • 3000 Shoreline Drive
Wells Branch youth are invited to test their basketball skills
and maybe win a turkey to take home for Thanksgiving.
Contest starts at 6pm in the WB MUD Rec. Ctr. Participants
accumulate points by competing in a variety of basketball
activities (Free Throw, H.O.R.S.E., 3pt Around the World,
and possibly Knockout). Age groups will be split into three
groups: 8-10, 11-13, and 14-17. Grand-prize winners from
each age group will receive a turkey. Registration is free and
will begin early November in the Rec. Ctr.

races. Please join us in learning what these candidates have
to offer our community. These forums will feature an
introduction by each candidate, formal questions submitted
by residents, and closing statements. Enjoy light snacks and
a meet & greet afterwards where you'll have the opportunity
to visit with each of the candidates one-on-one. Please submit

Fall Youth Fishing Tournament October 11 • 9am-Noon • Mills Pond Wells Branch MUD hosts this annual event for ages 17 and
under from 9am to noon at Mills Pond. Enrollment into the tournament is free for all youth and trophies and prizes will be awarded. Equipment will be provided for those anglers who show up without. We will have fishing poles, hooks and bait. The Texas Parks and Wildlife Dept will stock the pond a week prior to the event. All state fishing regulations apply.

St. Andrew’s Food Pantry Pumpkin Painting has been a WB tradition for more than a
decade and this year will feature real pumpkins of all sizes complements of Andy Allen, Realtor. Dianne Koehler, of the art minicamps, will be supplying the paints, brushes, set-ups and examples of what to paint on your pumpkin in case you need ideas. It’s always a lot of fun and you get to take home a pumpkin to decorate for Halloween!
Fall Food Drive - With this event, the WBNA kicks off the food drive for our local food bank so bring a non-perishable food item to paint for free or donate $1 to St. Andrew’s Food Pantry.

on Klattenhoff where we'll have a multitude of scary treats for all your little monsters as the MUD hosts the 4th annual Halloween Trunk or Treat! The WBNA will be capturing the night creatures and posting their images on the neighborhood association Facebook page so that you may share with friends and family.
