To AIESEC International I hereby endorse Mr. Aldo Israel Pérez Varela for the Business Development Manager position of AIESEC International. I met Aldo when he was President of AIESEC in his University and was witness to the growth and capacity he had to drive results himself and through people. Afterwards he was part of the National Committee of AIESEC Mexico where I’m part of the Board of Advisors. I’m quite satisfied with his performance and as I consider him a highly qualified individual to run for AIESEC International. In doing business together, he’s performed remarkably at understanding the needs of a global services firm such as PwC in Mexico, delivering the internships we contract with AIESEC. This is enabling historical growth of the account with his valued team of volunteers. As a former member of AIESEC International myself, I think that he has the necessary capabilities such as critical thinking, endurance and high work ethic. I wish him the very best in his process, hopefully resulting elected as part of the 2014-2015 AIESEC International team.
