Janbar Inc is a general contracting company located in Brooklyn NY. Started originally in 2002 Janbar Inc continues to provide construction related services to the greater New York and New Jersey regions. The original founder of Janbar Inc, Janusz Bartnicki, has over thirty years of experience working on high-end restorations ranging from modest renovations to large-scale restorations like the famous Majestic Building located on Central Park West. Janusz personally oversees each project from start to completion.

Janbar Inc performs general restoration work, landmark restoration and preservation, structural shoring, masonry, and interior work. Janbar Inc also performs lintel and cornice replacement, rigging and scaffolding, and parapet and face restoration. If other services are required please inquire.

Project Manager: Victor RashchinskyProject Manager with many years of professional experience and expertise in construction management, procurement and outsourcing, vendor, lease and contract negotiations.
