AFTER-SCHOOL POLICIES

IN CASE OF COVID-19 CLOSURE

Most N-5 After-School clubs have been chosen specifically for their capacity to be fulfilled virtually. If school must close during the semester, homework help, garderie and any other “on-site only” program will be canceled and reimbursed. The Extension Program will always communicate these changes by email as soon as possible.

REGISTRATIONAll After-School activities require registration including the daycare. Students not registered online or by phone before the activity will not be accepted.

REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWALSYour full tuition will be refunded in the event the course is canceled or if you notify us within five (5) full business days prior to the first class meeting. We will issue you a refund within 7–10 business days. No refunds are granted after the starting date of class unless completely dissatisfied after the first 2 sessions. No discount is given for missed classes.

FINANCIAL AIDThere are discounts on some camps, enrichment and homework help for FASNY financial aid students. Please contact Stéphanie Reyna ([email protected]) or 914.250.0412 if you don’t know your discount rate and code before you register online. The same cancellation policies apply to financial aid students.

MINIMUM ENROLLMENTThere is a minimum enrollment of four (4) students per class; if fewer than four students sign up, we reserve the right to cancel the class or raise the tuition. All clubs have maximum enrollment; please register early to guarantee a spot.

INCLEMENT WEATHERAll After-School Program activities on all campuses are canceled if the Mamaroneck School District is closed due to inclement weather. Classes canceled because of severe weather conditions won’t be refunded; we will try as much as possible to schedule catch up sessions. If weather conditions become severe later in the day, check the FASNY website at www.fasny.org.
