eXtension Delivery Platforms
Why develop content separate from design?
• Allows the delivery of content in numerous ways, including devices such as PDAs and cell phones
• Increases access and usability for users with disabilities
• Makes it possible to push content to other web sites (Atom and RSS feeds, XML)
• Ability to change the overall design easier and more quickly using CSS

How does eXtension separate content and design ?
• Use Collaborative Work Spaces (CoP Wiki, FAQ, Calendar and News)
• Publish files• Strip look and feel of wiki and store in a
database• Pull content from database into the
public web site using CSS and code for design and placement.
