Packages are delivered and sorted at the Gateway• If the shipment
requires additional permits from other government agencies, it will be put on hold at the Gateway
Packages are uplifted• Shipments
with complete export clearance documents will be uplifted on the same day of pick up

International Air WaybillA prerequisite for each shipment, this document requires the following information:• Full address and contact details of the sender and final recipient• A detailed description of the commodities being shipped • The type of service required, declared value in USD and correct payer information
Commercial Invoice Mandatory for customs authorities to clear non-document shipments, this document requires the following information:• Full address and contact details of the sender and the final recipient• TIN# of the sender for Company shipments• The detailed description of the commodities being shipped• The correct quantity and value in USD currency
Export DeclarationAlso mandatory for all export shipments, this document requires the following information:• Full address details and TIN# of the Exporter/Shipper• Full address details of the Importer/Consignee• Full address details and TIN# of the Declarant/Broker• Description of the commodity being shipped• Correct value in USD currency and weight of the shipment• Correct HS Code of the commodity being shipped
