The IRONMAN 70.3 Taupo Sport and Lifestyle Expo is held in conjunction withcompulsory Athlete Check-In and Bike Racking– in the same vicinity as AthleteCheck-In and Race Briefing (Northern Domain, Taupo). Admission is Free ofCharge for athletes and public. There is an exciting change to this years expo- weare moving outdoors! This change allows you the opportunity to keep your expospace outside for Race Day. Even though this does come at an additional cost itwill allow you to see all the racing action from the comfort of your covered bootharea. Don’t miss out on the opportunity for you and your product to be a part of theaction on Race Day!

BACKGROUNDWith half the field coming from outside the country every year, IRONMAN New Zealand is truly the world’s most international IRONMAN. This race has stood the test of time and celebrates 36 incredible years in 2020.
Firmly established in its hometown of Taupo since 1999, the event showcases the best New Zealand and its breathtaking scenery has to offer. One of the world’s biggest fresh water lakes offers arguably the best swim on the circuit. A two-loop bike course comes back through town before heading through the forests and a three-loop run course leaves athletes no chance to escape the thousands of spectators.
