GENERAL EDUCATIONAL EVENTSGeneral educational events are attended by a wide variety of individuals. CEOs and association professional staff attend these events as a way to obtain continuing education credits and to network. Supplier members attend to mingle with our association professional members. Attendance for general educational events is usually around 50–70.

Premier Event Sponsor/Host The host property agrees to absorb all food and beverage costs, as well as provide complimentary room rental, support staff, decor/linens, basic AV, WiFi, parking for attendees and space for up to 70 attendees, set in rounds (will be based on presentation needs). In exchange, the premier event sponsor will receive the following benefits:

• Logo with link to website on email blasts and event web page.• Logo on onsite event signage.• Opportunity for your GM or another member of your staff to address the attendees and show a short video.• Three complimentary event registrations.• Opportunity to add on site tour prior to or after event.• Two complimentary Insider e-newsletter full-size banner ads.• List of attendees with contact information in Excel format (we are unable to provide email addresses).

Event Sponsor/HostThe host property agrees to discount food and beverage for lunch to a maximum of $15 per person, provides basic AV and WiFi and provides support staff, linens, decor, attendee parking and space for up to 70 attendees, set in rounds (will be based on presentation needs) at no additional charge.

In exchange, the event sponsor will receive the following benefits:• Logo with link to website on email blasts and event web page.• Logo on onsite event signage.• Opportunity for your GM of another member of your staff to address the attendees and show a short video.• One complimentary event registration.


5:05 CLUB NETWORKING EVENTS5:05 Club free ISAE member networking events are open to all current and prospective members. These are informal events with no reservations required. They allow people time to catch up with their peers in a fun environment and enjoy complimentary drinks and appetizers.

Event Sponsor/Host—$250Hosting a 5:05 is available on a first come, first served basis. There is a $250 administrative fee to host a 5:05. Payment must be received within 30 days of commitment, or date will be released.

Hosts provide two drinks per person and light appetizers. The most highly attended events are at downtown Indianapolis venues.

As a 5:05 host, you will receive the following benefits:• Logo with a link to your website included on event web page. • Logo with a link to your website in all email blasts related to the event.• Social media coverage.• Opportunity for your GM or another member of your staff to address the attendees and show a

As one of ISAE’s premier events, Strategy Academy is a masterminds program that brings together executives and emerging leaders throughout ISAE’s membership to solve common challenges, explore the latest trends and move both their associations and their careers forward.

Hosting this event is the best way to reach executives and key decision-makers in Indiana’s association community.

Premier Event Sponsor/Host The host property agrees to absorb all food and beverage costs, as well as provide complimentary room rental (two rooms are needed - one of which must be able to accomodate up to 25 attendees), support staff, decor/linens, basic AV, WiFi, parking for attendees and space for up to 50 attendees, set in rounds (will be based on presentation needs). In exchange, the premier event sponsor will receive the following benefits:

WOMEN IN ASSOCIATIONS FORUMMarch 12-13, 2020 (SOLD)

Geared toward females working within the association industry, member or not, this event is held outside of Indianapolis, allowing women to have a safe place to share their experiences, challenges and network without distraction.

This two-day event includes a cocktail reception in the evening prior to a full day session, with breakfast and lunch (food and beverage discounted to $15 per person for the day), and facilitated education sessions in between. The event will end by 4 p.m.

Event Sponsor/HostThe host property agrees to provide basic AV and WiFi, as well as support staff, linens, decor, attendee parking, a discounted room rate at the host property, complimentary meeting space, discounted/complimentary food and beverage and casual reception the evening before (if venue requires overnight stay).
