His keyresponsibilities are to plan, implement & control of project, modification & checking ofmechanical & primary electrical drawing, to prepare mechanical & electrical BOQ andestimation, to make contract agreement with clients & sub-controctor, to maintain site health &safety mqnagement for workers & engineers with proper documentation, to maintain weekly,monthly, overall site progress report by S-curve & as per client requirement and to control siteprogress, for maintaining project schedule & progress frequently site visit, to checksubcontroctor's invoice, site supervision, co-ordinate with site engineer and subcontractors aswell as client. For properly maintain the project he arrange weekly, quarterly, monthly meetingswith clients, subcontractor & consultants. He is also engaged in ffice documentary works suchas letter writing, meeting minute, invoice prepare and so on.

I have found him to be an intent and intrusive responsibility. I have also found him to be anintelligent and laborious person with high logical mind. He is sincere and dedicated to his job.As per my knowledge he is an honest, energetic and hard worker.
