Additional tables £10 each. LICENCES Jersey Trading Licences for the week will be a maximum of £60 (reduces with increased numbers of exhibitors, no forms to complete and doesn’t apply to locals). TRAVEL COSTS BPL have negotiated very reasonable Ferry Rates from Poole and Portsmouth with Condor FREE if you have a motorhome as you can park on site. DEPOSIT A £200 deposit is required on application (please complete the form) if you wish to guarantee your stand - balance by 30th June 2015. Cheques made payable please to BARNES PUBLISHING LTD. BACS: SORT 60 12 03 ACCOUNT 83615067. Deposits and payments will not be refunded if cancelled 14 weeks or less before the start of the show except in exceptional circumstances. A £50 administration charge will be deducted from the refunded amount. The Healthy Living and Design Festival needs to maintain its aims and objectives of quality,minimal duplication and policy on bought-in goods and I agree that my stand will have a backdrop

and be of su�cient quality to maintain the professionalism of the show.

With new exhibitors it is important that a sample/photo of your craft or product is available for viewing. I will not be cooking/demonstrating unless I advise otherwise as there will be a separatearea for demonstrating and cooking.

No refund will be given with less that 14 weeks notice of cancellation. A £50 administration charge will be deducted from your deposit for cancellation.
