I. HANDLING OF EXHIBITS OF OVERSEAS EXHIBITORS Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. has been appointed as customs broker and sole site contractor for move-in, positioning and removal of exhibits for the exhibition. All exhibitors are strongly advised to go over the following instruction and to adhere to the deadlines shown in all schedules. The official forwarding agent will not be responsible for any delay or complications. Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. will be in charge of handling all cargos sent by overseas exhibitors. Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. will receive the cargos at Tokyo/Yokohama seaport and/or Narita International Airport. Cargos will be stored in good condition and being checked against the shipping documents. Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. will declare each entry to the customs office, then transport cargos to the exhibition ground and will attend customs inspection. After completing customs procedures the cargos will be taken to each exhibitor’s booth at the exhibition ground. After the exhibition, Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. will pick up the cargos at each booth, load on trucks and transport to its warehouse. They will store the cargo for re-export or make necessary arrangements for import. They will transport the cargos to the airport or the seaport for re-export or will deliver goods to buyer for import. For full documentary requirements and consolidated handling charges, exhibitors are requested to contact by email as a rule.

INSTRUCTION 1. Shipment: Shipment of exhibits and other related materials from abroad should be made according to shipping instructions described in this instruction manual. In particular, exhibitor's attention is drawn to the fact that the shipping documents should be in a complete set as required. Short of even one document would cause unnecessary delay in the customs clearance procedure. It is strictly prohibited that the exhibitor brings his exhibits in Japan as personal effects irrespective of whether they are carried with or unaccompanied by the exhibitor. 2. Shipping instruction:

① Shipping guideline of consignment All shipments must be sent “FREIGHT PREPAID” and should arrive at Tokyo/Yokohama seaport (delivery place should be Tokyo) and/or Narita International Airport. All shipments must arrive at pre-described seaport and/or airport no later than the following dates: Sea freight: March 25 (Wed.) 2015 at Tokyo or Yokohama seaport.

In case of port of discharge is "YOKOHAMA", Place of Delivery on B/L must be "TOKYO CY or TOKYO CFS. Air freight: March 25 (Wed.) 2015 at Narita International Airport. Exhibition period: April 15 - April 18, 2015 As a rule, 14 to 20 days are required for completion of customs procedure in Japan. Please note that all shipment must be dispatched as“freight prepaid". Any cargo arriving as“freight collect" will not be accepted until full payment is made. Please do NOT make arrangements for “freight collect“

② Shipping documents

The shipper should supply following shipping documents. When even one document is short, it would cause unnecessary delay or trouble for clearance. These documents should be sent to Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. by courier soon after shipment.

A. Bill of lading 2 copies with 2 originals

B. Commercial invoice 4 originals

All invoices are to be made in English. Prices should be in U.S. dollar or in Japanese yen & CIF Japan only. And have full details such as descriptions of commodity, quantity, HS CODE and unit price and total amount in U.S. dollar. All goods must give a true value even if they are of no commercial value. Each invoice should bear an indication:

C. Packing list 3 originals

Each shipper should prepare packing list and all commodities should be described in the list.

D. Insurance policy 3 copies with 1 original

All exhibitors are advised to ensure that all goods are adequately covered by insurance including third party risk from the time they leave their premise until their return at the close of the exhibition. Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. cannot arrange the insurance transporting.

③ Shipping information

3. Packing of exhibits

① Packing All the goods should distinctly be classified into:

A. Those for display only.

B. Those for free distribution and be put in separate cases or cartons. Exhibitors should not use straw (rice, wheat, barely etc.) for inside packing materials. Those are totally prohibited to use by the Plant Quarantine Law in Japan. As for outer packing, strong sea-worthy packages should always be used to ensure the delivery of goods in good condition at the destination. Size of these packages should not exceed 4 meters in height & in width due to the dimensions of exhibition hall entrances (access ways). Please also note that the exhibits should be packed in wooden cases with clasp bolts which are easy to open and re-pack at the exhibition site and for operation working for return movement after the exhibition. Packing in cartons is not considered suitable for repeated handling, especially for valuable or delicate equipment. After the exhibition, we cannot operate for barrier packing at the exhibition site. Exhibitor is responsible for making necessary arrangements and supply materials for repacking exhibits for protection against strong rust. Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. do not the packing work. But, in case of a returnable pack, we will do the re-packing work for a charge.

DIMENSION : 4. Restriction of Import

① Quarantine on plants and animals

All the plants, animals and their products being introduced into Japan should be quarantined before they are brought in the exhibition ground.

② Dangerous commodity To import and exhibit any kind of dangerous goods is prohibited.

③ Dangerous Substances

The dangerous substances referred here are gasoline, benzol, alcohols, kerosene, gas oil, turpentine, crude petroleum, diesel oil, machine oil, engine oil, lubricating oil, animal and plant oils, large quantity of matches, thinner, welding work, carbon dioxide gas, nuclear fuel, etc. It is not impossible to import the above items, however, we strongly advise against this, as import processing is time consuming and very costly. These items can be purchased in Japan.

④ Propane and Other Compressed Gases

It should be noted in particular for this exhibition that the import by exhibitor/organizer of propane and other compressed gases (argon gas, oxygen hydrogen, carbonic acid, nitrogen, etc.) is strictly prohibited. These gases may be purchased in Japan should your exhibit require them.

5. Local/Imported goods

All exhibitors that will ship goods from local premises in Japan must contact Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. to arrange for the goods to be brought into (and taken out of) the exhibition site.

6. Empty packing cases After exhibit items are unpacked at the booth, the packing cases will be removed from the exhibition hall by Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. Do not destroy empty packing cases. Cases for bonded items will be stored outside the exhibition hall and returned at the end of the last day of the exhibition.

7. Removal of items from the exhibition site

All exhibitors, before the close of the exhibition, must submit a disposal instruction form (as per attached) to Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. in order to inform the agent of what to do with the exhibit items after the exhibition as follows.

①“Re-ship" (to either the country of origin or any other country)

②“Consumables" All goods imported as items to be given away in Japan cannot be re-shipped in cases containing bonded items. Separate export arrangements and documentation are necessary. These items are treated as domestic Japanese cargo.

③“Destroy"

Items that exhibitors wish to destroy are required to be taken to officially designated areas where they will be incinerated under supervision of customs officials. There is

a charge for the transportation of goods to the incineration site.

8. Bringing-in and taking-out of exhibits: Each Exhibitor is requested to report the plan of Bringing-In and Taking-Out of exhibits (Form 3) to the secretariat office by March 6.

① Bringing-in From 1:00pm - 5:00pm on April 12 (Sun.) - cannot be extended From 9:00am - 5:00pm on April 13 (Mon.) - cannot be extended From 9:00am - 5:00pm on April 14 (Tue.) - extensible to 8:00pm

Note: No bringing-in work will be allowed after 3:00pm on April 14 due to the

carpeting work in aisles.

② Bringing-in and taking-out during the exhibition In principle, bringing-in and taking-out work of exhibits during the exhibition are prohibited. Every exhibitor should arrange for his exhibits to arrive in Tokyo on our schedule. However, in unavoidable cases, such as for repairing or supplying of materials for demonstration etc., bringing-in and taking-out will be allowed by obtaining the permission from secretariat office in advance. Secretariat office will give you an appropriate instruction.

③ Taking-out From 4:00pm - 9:00pm on April 18 (Sat.) - overtime work included From 8:00am - 12:00pm on April 19 (Sun.) - cannot be extended

④ General instructions :

(a) Taking-out work of small items and preparatory work for taking-out work of

exhibits can be done from 4:00pm to 9:00pm on April 18, the last day of the exhibition period.

(b) Unless notified in advance, the Secretariat will order work to be suspended immediately. No applications for extension of working hours will be accepted on the spot.

(c) Working before 9:00am is prohibited throughout the period. (d) Every exhibitor will be responsible for the security of his exhibits and other

related materials during the bringing-in and taking-out operation. (e) All the exhibits and other related materials must be insured against possible risks

that may arise while transportation, displaying, bringing-in, and taking-out.

9. Display in bond When the exhibits are to be displayed as“bonded goods", the following acts are strictly prohibited.

① Selling. ② Consuming. ③ Bringing out of the exhibition grounds. ④ Transferring to a third party.

Every exhibitor should be careful that Japanese custom will not treat leniently of loss or shortage of the“bonded goods" by reason of theft, breakage, abandon, etc.

10. Following goods are not applicable for display in bond

① Goods to be sold or consumed within exhibition grounds. ② Publicity material for free distribution.

ATTENTION: Tokyo Customs do not recognize this fairground as “Bonded Exhibition Area” on this exhibition. In that case, please understand Tokyo Customs don’t recognize this fair ground as “Bonded Exhibition Area” So please use the ATA Carnet when you ship your exhibition cargo to Japan. (If you don’t use ATA Carnet, All items must be cleared through regular customs formalities paying applicable duty and 8% of consumption tax. Duty and consumption tax you paid can not be refunded.)

11. Re-export to a third country after the close of the exhibition When the exhibits fall under Export Trade Control Law Attachment 1, every exhibitor, who will send their exhibits to the following third country after the close of the exhibition, will need an export license of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry at the time of custom procedure for re-export, even if they displayed in bond at the exhibition grounds with no commercial value. (Country name) Afghanistan, Albania, Bulgaria, Cuba, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, North Korea, Mongolia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Vietnam, Republic of China.

12. Customs duties and 8-percent consumption tax: In the following cases, exhibitor should pay customs duty and consumption tax.

① When proceeding to obtain import permit for the purpose of selling, consuming or transferring to a third party of the“bonded goods".

② When whole or part of“bonded goods" are lost.

(by reason of theft, missing, breakage, abandon, etc.) Note: Once paid, the tax amount is not refundable. Duties are calculated as customs tariff (percent) of total C.I.F. value. Consumption taxes are calculated as 8% on the total sum of C.I.F. value plus duty.

13. Payment

Please remit your cost (include cutoms duties and 8-percent consumption tax)to Hitachi Transport System,Ltd. by on board.

When Hitachi Transport System,Ltd. cannot confirm receipt of your money, they don't arrange all even if the exhibits arrive at JAPAN.

Hitachi Transport System, Ltd. will invoice you for all charges (inward/outward) before the loading of shipment. For calculating of cost, please send the list of commodity (including gross weight, packed size and name of goods) as soon as possible. About this list, please refer to the attached sample list. It must be sent 10days before on board. We will send our invoice to you based on your information. If cargo volume is increased after arrival, we will charge the extra cost. About payment, please consult with Hitachi Transport System separately by email. During the exhibition, Traveler’s checks are not acceptable. All Credit cards (VISA/MASTER/UC etc.) are not acceptable.

II. BRINGING-IN AND TAKING-OUT OF EXHIBITS Each Exhibitor is requested to report the plan of Bringing-In and Taking-Out of exhibits (Form3) to the secretariat office by March 6.

1. Period stipulated for bringing-in and taking-out: Bringing-in of exhibits & construction of stand: From 1:00pm - 5:00pm on April 12 (Sun.) - cannot be extended From 9:00am - 5:00pm on April 13 (Mon.) - cannot be extended From 9:00am - 5:00pm on April 14 (Tue.) - be extended to 8:00pm

Taking-out of exhibits & stand construction materials: From 4:00pm - 9:00pm on April 18 (Sat.) - overtime work included From 8:00am - 12:00pm on April 19 (Sun.) - cannot be extended Note: No bringing-in work will be allowed after 3:00pm on April 14 due to the carpeting

work in the main aisle. Taking-out work of small items and preparatory work for taking-out work of exhibits can be done from 4:00pm to 9:00pm on April 18, the last day of the exhibition period. Unless notified in advance, the Secretariat will order work to be suspended immediately. No applications for extension of working hours will be accepted on the spot.

Exhibitors may enter the site for work from 8:30am throughout the period.

3. Bringing-in and taking-out during the exhibition: (1) Bringing-in and taking-out work of exhibits during the exhibition are prohibited.

However, in unavoidable cases, such as supply of additional materials for a demonstration etc., they will be allowed by obtaining the permission and instruction in advance from the secretariat office.

(2) Vehicles bringing in/out exhibits must display a “Vehicle Pass” describing the booth

number, exhibitor’s name, and carrier’s name on the front windshield. Parcel home-delivery services and other carriers are exempt from this. Vehicles not carrying decoration materials or exhibits cannot enter the site, Vehicle Pass notwithstanding.

(3) Parking is not allowed within the site. To avoid congestion, all vehicles must leave

the site as soon as their work is finished. If, for unavoidable reasons, a driver must leave a vehicle unattended, the keys must be left in the ignition.

(4) All vehicles must be cleared by security before entry, and enter by the gate

indicated by the security guards. Entrance to the site is not permitted without clearance by the security guards.

(5) As the routes for vehicles are limited, the Secretariat will develop a separate

schedule for installation deliveries. Exhibitors may be asked to change the time slots they have requested to those scheduled by the Secretariat.

(6) To assure smooth, rapid movement of truck traffic and preserve the hall, exhibitors are not allowed to suspend wires, etc. from structures within the site during their work.

(7) As there is no place to store packing refuse or empty containers on-site, exhibitors

must retain these by themselves or ask their carriers to remove them. (8) Cover the floor with an iron plate, etc., where needed, when using a crane-

equipped truck for installation of heavy machinery. (9) On April 18 (Sat.), only trucks, trailers and other vehicles engaged in removing

exhibits will be allowed to enter the exhibition hall. All other vehicles are prohibited. All vehicles must obey security guards’ instructions.

(10) Any parcel via a home-delivery service must be addressed to your booth, not to

the Secretariat. Clearly state on the invoice:

(11) Exhibitors planning to display costly items in their exhibits are advised to carry these out personally each day, including before, during and after the exhibition dates, rather than leave them in the booth overnight.

(12) Exhibitors are responsible for the disposal of all exhibits and decorations. If any

exhibit, etc. remains after the completion of dismantling, the Secretariat will consider it abandoned and dispose of it. Exhibitors are liable for any expenses for disposal.

(13) Exhibitors wishing to bring in their own fixtures are requested to attach

identification stickers to them, to distinguish them from those from the designated leasing company.

III.DISPLAY AND CONSTRUCTION OF BOOTH

With a view to securing an effective and systematic display of exhibits for visitors' conveniences as well as protection against danger arising from the demonstration of machines, etc., we have provided certain rules and regulations concerning the display, the construction of booth and the demonstration of exhibits as specified below.

In case we find that the construction or decoration does not conform to the rules, and/or when the workmanship of decoration or display is considered detrimental to the principal and purpose of the exhibition, we will call attention to this and ask for work modification or suspension. Sakura International has been appointed as the official booth constructor for this Exhibition. Contact them if you have any questions on the display and construction of booth.

1. Period of construction and dismantling of booth: The period of bringing-in of display materials, construction of stand, dismantling of stand and taking-out of the materials is the same as the period set forth for the exhibits. (See Chapter II)

2. Basic structure of booth:

Note: a) This partition may not be moved, deformed or extended upwards. b) The actual available booth area will be smaller due to the thickness of the

partitions. For exhibitors planning wooden booth decorations, the depth of the booth would be 2.93 m.

c) There is no panel attached on the aisle side. d) Furniture mentioned above will be provided only one set regardless of number

of booth booked. e) Nails and strong adhesive tapes may not be used on this booth-unit system.

Consult Sakura International regarding decorations and exhibits on wall panels. f) System panels are leased. The exhibitor will be liable for any damage it causes. g) To ensure adequate strength, exhibitors may not lean exhibits or decorations

against the panels or poles, nor remove poles or other supports. h) Charges for electricity usage are not included. It is charged separately. i) Exhibitors must cover any costs arising from changes or additions to the above

fixtures and construction. j) Specifying carpet color, nameplate text, custom orders

Exhibitors applying for a Type B booth are requested to contact Sakura International Inc. via post, fax or email no later than March 12 (Thu), indicating their selection for carpet color (red, blue, green or gray) and describing the text for the nameplate.

Standard text for the nameplate may contain up to 20 letters (Square G font, blue), or the nameplate can be custom-made. An additional ¥2,000 (excluding tax) will be charged per booth for text of 21 or more letters, or a different font or color specified by the exhibitor. Sakura International will forward a bill upon receiving the application. Additional charges must be remitted to the bank account by the deadline. Exhibitors wishing to designate the font for their company name must include a printed sample (clear print, catalog, etc.); those desiring a specific color must include a printed sample (catalog, etc.) or color chips. In this case, an additional JPY5000 (excluding tax) will be charged. Please contact to Sakura International Inc. ([email protected]) directly.

3. Construction and display of booth:

① All exhibitors are requested to complete the entire booth display and construction work by 4:00pm on April 14.

② Notes on booth construction work.

A. Displays which may annoy other exhibitors are strictly prohibited.

B. While there is no limitation of the exhibits high, all other facilities (display fittings, decorative materials, etc.) should not exceed 2.7m in height from the floor level. If an appropriate set-back (1m) is made, exhibitor can set the booth decoration up to 4.5m in height from the floor level. Also for the island booths the booth decoration can be exceeded 6m in height. All these decorations with more than 2.7m in height are subject to report to Sakura International Inc. in advance along with the appropriate drawing. These constructions can be done by obtaining the permission from the secretariat office through Sakura International Inc.

a) Where adjacent to other booths

4.5 m, providing structures (walls) are erected more than 1 m inside the booth boundaries in all four directions, as illustrated below.

b) Where there are no adjacent booths (island booth with more than 24 booths/216 sq.m.) 6m, providing structures (walls) are erected 1m set-back in a) above is not required.

C. Securing of evacuation routes

1. Regardless of the height of decorations, do not block more than 2/3 length of any side of the booth, either continuously or intermittently, when decorating or erecting walls or information panels facing the passage. However, this does not apply to flower boxes or panels no taller than 1.1m. Sectioning the entire length of one or more sides of a booth with walls hinders visibility for neighboring booths and gives them a feeling of oppression. Please show proper consideration.

2. Even when the regulations are adhered to, exhibitors may be asked to change

their decorations if these are deemed to have a negative effect on neighboring booths.

3. Fire Laws require any combination of more than one booth to have entrances/exits in at least two directions.

D. Prohibition of ceiling structures and blackout curtains

Ceiling structures and blackout curtains are prohibited in booths. Contact Sakura International Inc. for details.

E. Special attention is drawn to the handling of inflammable substances as follows:

Pursuant to Fire Prevention Law, all display materials including carpet within the booth must be treated fireproof, and it is strictly prohibited to use inflammable substances. In case a fire officer finds that preventive devices against the inflammable materials are inadequate, he may order to suspend the use of such substances or to amend the devices.

F. Other notes on exhibit decorations

a) When use of electric or gas welding equipment or other flame-generating equipment is necessary in the construction of a booth, use them where needed only. A fire extinguisher must be present and such heat-generating equipment

must not be used near inflammable materials (see “Handling of Inflammable and Dangerous Substances”).

b) Do not block indoor hydrants, fire alarm switches, guide lamps or other fire-

safety equipment with decorations. Do not place any goods, etc. near them that might hinder their use.

c) When covering the booth with walls in all four directions, submit drawings and

consult Sakura International Inc. in advance. Construction of an emergency exit, etc. may be required.

d) To ensure safety, all exhibit equipment must be firmly structured. Placing a load

on the building by suspending equipment from or leaning it against ceilings, columns, walls, roof, etc. is strictly prohibited.

e) Lighting apparatus may be used in the booth, as long as it doesn’t affect the

walls, ceiling or other structures at the site, or disturb other booths, as with colored light beams (neon, etc.), flashing or rotating lights. Such apparatus must be directed towards your own booth.

f) Individual exhibitors are responsible for removing all residue and packaging

materials, etc. produced by their decoration work and dismantling. Any residue left behind will be disposed of by the Secretariat at the expense of the exhibitor concerned.

g) The use of smoke, smoke machines, neon, or decorations using flags, banners,

or advertising balloons is prohibited. h) Machines, etc. must be installed within the booth. Due attention must be paid to

installation location and direction (including movable sections, control boards, compressors, service/drain pipes, peripherals, etc.) to ensure visitors’ safety.

i) Due attention must be paid to the location of any video monitor or stage that

may attract a crowd such that visitors overflow into the aisle, to avoid causing a nuisance to neighboring booths.

4. Supervision of exhibits: ① Insurance

Exhibitors are requested to arrange beforehand that their exhibits and other related materials be insured against any possible risks that may arise during transport, storage, packaging, unpacking, assembling, displaying, demonstrating, etc.

② Demonstration A. When it is feared that the demonstration may cause excessive noise, light, heat,

gas order, vibration, etc. to other exhibitors or visitors, special counter measures should be taken by the exhibitor to prevent such disturbances.

B. When the demonstration including the explanation of the exhibits by a narrator

proves to be an annoyance to other exhibitors and/or an obstacle to the management of the exhibition or maintenance of order or public security, the secretariat office may order to suspend or restrict such demonstration.

C. Waste oils and other hazardous materials (dyestuffs, chemicals etc.) must be all

taken out from the exhibition grounds by the exhibitor. It is strictly prohibited to throw away these materials into the drainage in the exhibition grounds. It is possible that the spilt oils breaks floor of the exhibition hall. The exhibitors have to take every precaution to avoid damaging it.

D. Exhibitor is required to convey metal waste out of his demonstration to the appointed place and to share in disposal cost.

All exhibitors who plan to make a demonstration ejecting metal waste should contact the secretariat office by March 6.

③ Installation of fire extinguisher

In conformity to the Fire Prevention Law, the exhibitor must provide fire extinguishers in the booth. The requirements on the installation of fire extinguisher are as follows:

The applicable fire extinguisher is the all-purpose type and the one approved by the national proof test.

5. Floor reinforcement and floor construction work:

① The floor made of concreted pavement has a 5 ton/sq.m. of allowable floor load, heavy exhibits must be loaded with equal weight on the floor, making sure not to concentrate on one spot by using iron sheets, wood, etc.

② Loading on the trench or nearby areas must be avoided.

③ Measures must be taken to prevent damage to the concreted floor as much

as possible. Exhibitors are requested to use iron sheets for the reinforcement of the floor. Exhibitors who wish to use anchor bolts for floor reinforcement must submit the following document through your contactor to the secretariat office by March 6. 1. Request for execution of floor construction work. 2. Execution plan (plain figure and cross section).

④ Fragments of concrete, earth, stones, etc. produced from the floor work must be taken away from the exhibition grounds by the exhibitor.

⑤ On behalf of the exhibitor who has carried out floor work of his booth, the secretariat office will restore the booth to its original state, but its expense will be charged to the exhibitor.

6. Application for booth decoration: The exhibitor who requires interior decoration of the booth is requested to submit an application for booth decoration (Form 1) along with the sketch to Sakura International Inc. by March 12.

IV. ELECTRICITY

1. Basic lighting of the Hall: Fluorescent mercury light system of high voltage is installed in the ceiling of each Hall. The average brightness of the lighting - combining natural and electric light - is 500 lux both in East Hall 4 & 5.

2. Electricity needed for display: Following the volume of voltage applied by the exhibitor, IIDA Electrical Works Co., Ltd.. will install supply lines for motive power and lighting to the exhibitor's booth.

3. Power supply system: The systems of electricity to be supplied to the booth are as follow.

4. Note: In the case of“Shell Scheme type", two spotlights 100W, two fluorescent lights 40W ,one socket(100V) and primary wiring up to 1.0KW(100V)will be installed. But Electrical usage charge is NOT included and is charged during the period.

In the case of“Basic type", nothing is included. Electricity will not be installed unless otherwise ordered. The secretariat office and IIDA Electrical Works Co., Ltd. will not take any responsibility with failure of submission of the application.

7. Protective measures to exhibits: The secretariat office will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused to the machine due to suspension of electricity, irregular voltage, etc. The exhibitor should therefore provide sufficient protective devices against possible accidents.

V. TELEPHONE & INTERNET The exhibitor who wishes to install an internet line should contact TOKYO BIG SIGHT, Inc. by March 13. VI. WATER SUPPLY AND DRAINAGE FACILITIES

1. Application: The exhibitor who wishes to install water supply and drainage facilities in his booth is requested to submit an application for Compressed Air, Water and Drainage (Form 4) to the secretariat office with the sketch, indicating the desired place where they are to be installed by March 6.

3. Water supply and drainage to the exhibitor’s booth:

If there is a possibility of causing damage to the machines on demonstration due to suspension of water supply or pressure drop, the exhibitor is requested to provide necessary protective device at his own expense. The secretariat office will assume no responsibility for such damage or loss.

VII. COMPRESSED AIR

1. Deadline for application: The exhibitor who requires compressed air supplied by the secretariat office must submit an application for Compressed Air, Water & Drainage (Form 4) with the sketch indicating the desired place of installation to Secretariat office by March 6. Note: If the number of exhibitors who require compressed air is nominal, we will not

provide the construction. In this event, you will be required to set up the air compressor.

2. Charges:

* Exhibitors must install the air dryer their own. (NOTICE: The compressed air may include the moisture in case of rain.) The actual expenses needed for installation of compressed air facilities and fuel charge will be settled by the exhibitor at the close of the exhibition. VIII. L.P.G.

The exhibitor who wishes to use gas or L.P.G. in his booth is requested to contact the secretariat office by March 6.

IX. HANDLING OF INFLAMMABLE AND DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES

Pursuant to Fire Prevention Law, it is prohibited to use inflammable and dangerous substances (oils, propane gases, large quantity of matches, etc.) or bring such substances in the exhibition grounds. However, when it is necessary for demonstration of machine, etc., exhibitors may be allowed to use such substances with the permission from the Fire Department and upon approval of the secretariat office. Please note any demonstration producing sparks will be checked closely for compliance. 1. Notification of use of inflammable or dangerous substances:

When applying for a fire or hazardous materials exemption, you must supply a drawing showing the usage and storage locations of all these materials along with the location of fire extinguisher in the booth, catalogs for each material and/or equipment, the total energy of the materials (kW), a detailed description of the demonstration in which it is used, and MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) documentation for all hazardous materials. Send all these materials in triplicate by mail, or by email send one copy in PDF form, to Sakura International Inc. by Feb. 27 (Fri).Sakura International will collect and submit the notifications to the Fire Department. Permission to use inflammable or dangerous substances will be issued by the Fire Department after examining the notifications. In case of the inappropriate preventive method against fire and/or other accidents is found in the inspection, he may order the suspension using of such substances or installing/amending the devices.

2. Carrying-in of dangerous substances: The dangerous substances referred here are gasoline, benzyl, alcohols, kerosene, gas oil, turpentine, crude petroleum, diesel oil, machine oil, engine oil, lubricating oil, animal and plant oils, compressed gases, large quantity of matches, thinner, welding work, carbon dioxide gas, etc. Dangerous substances to be carried in the booth will be confined to those which are absolutely necessary for demonstration, etc. of the exhibits and will be subjected to approval of the Fire Department.

The exhibitor is also requested to strictly observe the following instructions.

① Quantities of dangerous substances to be brought in the booth should be those which are necessary for one day work only.

② No hazardous substance may be placed within 6m (measured horizontally) of evacuation equipment or places where fire is present, except in cases where effective fire-prevention measures are in place, including separation of the hazardous substance from the fire source with flame-resistant walls. Other exceptions include exhibits not intended for demonstration and sealed in a container, and those either contained hermetically or built into machines on exhibit.

③ Supply of dangerous substances during the opening hours is prohibited.

④ Spilt oils must be wiped away promptly.

⑤ Fire preventive devices at the place where dangerous substances are used must be

fail safe, and handling of these devices must be effective for prevention of accident.

⑥ All the dangerous substances should be under the control of a skilled technician. Fire extinguishers must be provided within the booth.

3. Use of compressed gases:

Those exhibitors who wish to use compressed gases (inflammable) are also requested to contact Yamazaki Kogyosho ([email protected]) by March 6.

Use of compressed gases compels the exhibitor to strictly observe the following provisions.

① The conduit pipe must be of metal without exception. ② After installation, an air-tight test should be carried out on the piping and cylinder. A

caution notice showing “Caution: Flammables" should be placed nearby.

③ High-pressure gas should be transformed into low-pressure to every possible extent. Special care must be taken in the handling of gas cylinder.

④ Secure pipe fittings should be used at the connecting parts to prevent gas leakage.

Constant checking is also requested over gas leakage. Gas cylinder must be placed in a stable place, free from the danger of tumbling by earthquake, etc.

⑤ Handling of compressed gas should be made by a qualified person. Fire extinguishers must be provided without fail.

4. Use of open fire (cooking stoves, stoves, burner, kerosene stoves, etc.): Use of open fire compels the exhibitor to strictly observe the following provisions.

① Safe distances must be maintained between inflammable substances and sources of fire.

② Open fire must not be placed within 6 m (measured horizontally) of evacuation facilities for the hall, dangerous substances, or other substances that could easily ignite, except where flame-resistance walls are in position to provide separation as an effective fire-prevention measure.

③ Utensils with open fire must be put on stable places free from danger of tumbling and

they must not be placed under inflammable substances.

④ Utensils with open fire must be put on non-metal fire-proof materials.

⑤ When open fire is used for demonstration of machine, etc., it should be under the control of a responsible person. Fire extinguishers must be provided within the booth without fail.

⑥ Use of boiler is strictly prohibited in the Hall.

5. Smoking

In principle, smoking is not permitted in the exhibition hall and the fairground except the designated area. Note *The meeting area must not hinder evacuation and must be set up an adequate distance from dangerous substances, etc.

*When leaving the hall, ensure that all burning matter has been extinguished. *Please note that (if the quantity of dangerous substances exhibitors plan on bringing

into the exhibition hall) exceeds the provisions of the Tokyo Metropolitan Fire Prevention Ordinance, the lifting of prohibitions may not be approved, and smoking will be prohibited throughout the hall.

X. CLEANING SERVICE

The exhibitor is required to dispose of any waste materials by himself. The exhibitor who wishes cleaning service or collection and disposal of the materials is requested to contact the secretariat office by March 6. The Secretariat office will give you an estimate soon. When the secretariat office found the exhibits item, stand components or other equipment left in the booth after the show, the secretariat office dispose them by exhibitors cost. The exhibitor will be charged by secretariat office. The disposal of industry wastes is definitely charged. Please consult with the secretariat office before the show.

XI. BADGES

All exhibitors, assembly crew and dismantling crew will be required to wear a tag during the following period.

Exhibitors Pass: valid for entire period Constructor Badge: valid for assembling work period and dismantling period only

Each 5 tags for a booth will be provided. Additional constructor badge can be obtained with JPY50 / badge at the venue. Payment for it must be in Japanese yen. No traveler’s Checks and credit cards will be acceptable.

XII. OFFICIAL GUIDE Organizers will issue the Official Guide (Japanese and English). Each exhibitor has a space to introduce himself in it at no cost. Foreign exhibitor will also be introduced in both languages if they provide Japanese draft. All exhibitors are requested to submit the manuscript for the Official Guide from Exhibitor Only page. Exhibitor ID and Password has been send from the secretariat office in the middle of January. Otherwise, fill out Form 6 and to submit it along with the Exhibit Item Check List to the Secretariat Office as soon as possible. XIII. ADVERTISING The organizer will issue 30,000 copies of the complementary Official Catalogue for visitors at the exhibition site. In this Official Catalogue will be introduced by both Japanese and English, and it contains a lot of advertisements by exhibitors and non-exhibitors in the die & mold industries and related industries. INTERMOLD 2015 / Die & Mold 2015/ Japan Metal Stamping Technology Exhibition 2015 is expected to gather more than 50,000 visitors, and it is obvious to say that advertising in the Official Catalogue in addition to exhibiting the products can effectively attract and reach your buyers and users giving a speedy contact of the information about your latest technology and products. XIV. RENTAL FURNITURE "Basic type (Type A)" booth includes no furniture, "Shell Scheme Type (Type B)" includes an information desk and a chair. The exhibitor who needs rental furniture is requested to submit the attached Form 8 for Rental Furniture to Sakura International Inc. by March 12 (Thu). For detail refer to the attachment.
