1. YOUR STAND PACKAGE

Première Vision ensures the installation of your stand, and you will be able to take possession of it starting at 2:00pm on the day of set-up.

The basic stand does not include an entrance door.

The basic equipment required for your stand is established according to its size. The basic materials provided by Première Vision are mandatory and cannot be exchanged nor modified. The stand consists of:

• Modular flooring (height 12 cm) covered with a carpet. It is possible to choose carpeting of adifferent color (paid option), see page 14.

• Periphery wall partitions (1,50m high from the floor inside the stand) composed of a grey aluminumframe (color RAL 7016) and a composite-material panel featuring a brushed aluminum face on theexterior and a white face on the interior (color RAL 9003).

• LED lighting: Luminous arches light the samples around the entire periphery of the stand except inthe standard booth. Fixed lamps provide the general stand lighting. They must be indicated on yourinternal stand layout.

• Hanging rails (diameter 16mm) fix onto the luminous arches. They must be indicated on your internalstand layout. Hanging rails that are not drawn will not be installed.

• A Totem-Stand Sign (height 2,50 m) with mention of your company name, country, and stand number.It will be located exclusively on the numbered (vertical) alleys.

• An electricity meter and electricity outlets which must be indicated on your internal stand layout

An allotment of furniture and basic equipment according to stand size. If you do not wish to use the totality or a part of your furniture allotment please inform your Première Vision contact, otherwise it will be provided.

The indicated power is the maximum power provided by Première Vision per stand-surface bracket. This power is sufficient for all the lighting of the stand allotment, as well as the electrical outlets, on the basis of 300W / allotment socket. Should more power be necessary, the additional cost will be at exhibitors’ expense, see page 14



2. 2. DECORATION AND OUTFITTING RULES

When designing the internal layout of your stand, please fill out the technical map that is available to download in your Exhibitor Area online. To do so, please take into account the various technical specifications detailed below:

• It is not possible to install an entrance door and its totem-stand sign on a horizontal alley.

• It is not possible to install an entrance door at the comer of a block.

• It is not possible to install 2 doors side by side.

• It is not possible to install a display window at the comer of a block.

• Luminous arches equipped with hanging rails can be installed behind external glass partitions but not on the back of a display window.

• Do not forget to indicate the placement of your electricity meter (suggested at the comer of the stand) and your electricity outlets on your internal stand layout.

• Do not draw your fiimiture on your internal stand layout.

You have the possibility to personalize the internal layout of your stand. Please inform anyone working on the setup or design of your stand of the decoration and outfitting rules so that your personalized project goes as smoothly as possible.All particular projects must be submitted to the Exhibitors Service for validation at least one month before the show.

The rules we ask you to respect are intended to define a framework within which you may freely express your creativity and make the most of your space, without affecting the overall harmony of the show.

Nothing is to be suspended or attached (using screws, nails, staples, glue...) to the stand elements, whether lighting (lamps, luminous arches), partitions or doors.

No decoration may extend above the stand partitions (1,537 m), nor extend into the aisles.

All the decorative materials (not including fiimiture) must conform to current safety standards (ask for certificates of conformity from your suppliers; they may be requested at the show).

All damage or deterioration caused by exhibitors (or their service providers) to the site, decoration or materials made available to them, as well as to the material and buildings housing the show, will be billed to exhibitors. For information, a replacement price list of the elements constituting the stand is provided on page 22.

TOTEM-STAND SIGNMain stand entrances, identified by the totem-stand sign, must be positioned only on the numbered vertical aisles, identified by a letter. Thanks to this coherent organization of the signage all stand signs are aligned and visitors can easily find their bearings inside the show.



PERIPHERY WALL PARTITIONSThe periphery walls of the stand and the totem-stand sign must not be used to display or hang any items

LIGHTINGHowever, you intend to personalize your stand, it must include the fixed lamp allotment foreseen for the stand surface, which is an integral part of the stand concept. Likewise, the luminous arches outfitting the entire stand perimeter must in all cases be retained.

FLOORINGPersonalized flooring is not recommended, however if you do choose to install custom flooring please note the following points:

The stability of the entire stand is dependent on the fact that the support ladders between each perimeter partition of the stand are secured to the floor.

ATTENTION: • If your project includes any installation such as flooring, tiles or linoleum, we inform you that the

technical hoods on the periphery of your stand must not be covered. In addition, the supports and luminous arches secured to the ground must not be dismantled; otherwise the partitions may fall and break. All installations of custom flooring must take into account these requirements and foresee a precise cutting of the floor covering according to the positioning of the supports between each partition.

• Under no circumstances may custom flooring be installed on top of the carpet provided in the basic equipment (fire safety rule). Kindly inform us beforehand if you wish to install custom flooring.

DISPLAY SCREENIf you choose to install a display screen with a video, please respect your neighbors by not turning on the sound (only the image is allowed).

SET-UP AND SECURITYPremière Vision has established an SPS coordination at its set-up and dismantling site, to conform to the requirements of Law No. 93-1418 of 31 December 1993 and its application decree No. 94-1159 of 31 December 1994. We remind you that the organizer has taken the appropriate measures concerning accident prevention and health protection at work, and that all workers or subcontractors must take these measures into account by wearing the appropriate safety gear (work boots, gloves and/or helmet if required) on site during the set up and the dismantling period.

3.1 ENTRANCE DOOR 1,5 M OR 3 M

The main entrance of the stand includes:

• To the left, a totem-stand sign measuring 0,69 m wide x 2,50 m high

• To the right, a perpendicular wall panel measuring 0,69 m wide x 1,50m high

The 3 M door is equipped with 5 accordion shutters equipped with wheels.

IMPORTANT: It is not possible to install a door in the comer of a platform. It is not possible to install two doors die by side.

3.2 SAFETY EXIT DOOR 1,50 M OR 3 M

2 shutters in composite panels, white on the interior and brushed aluminum on the exterior.It is bordered by perpendicular wall panels measuring 0,69 m x 1,50 m and includes a small square sign (21cm x 21 cm) on the exterior of the panel indicating the stand number, company name, and nationality.

IMPORTANT:Security regulations for shows in France require that stands with a surface ranging between 50 m2 and 300 m2, having one entrance, must be outfitted with at least one safety exit. Stands of over 300 m2 must be outfitted with 2 safety exits if they have only one entrance, and 1 safety exit if the stand has 2 entrances.The safety exits can remain open during the opening hours of the show but should never be padlocked. They can exceptionally be located in a standard booth whose access is not blocked. In this case, the safety exit door much be located across from the booth door and stay closed (but not padlocked).

As the partitions are attached to supports, they may only be placed at right angles (90°), that is to say parallel or perpendicular to the peripheral partitions. A 31-cm wide support is systematically positioned every 1,5 linear meters.

3.7 HANGING RAILS Ø 16 MM

Affixed to luminous arch. Usable length: 1.37 m - 1,05 m depending on layout (see sketch).Position: fixed 1.31 m from the floor (non-adjustable height).Each hanging rail can support a maximum weight of: 35 kg.Available free of charge, on request on all periphery partitions mark them on your stand layout.

Any addition of a hanging rail on internal partitions requires the installation of a luminous arch (paying option).

3.8 MOUNTED SHELVES: 1, 2, OR 3 LEVELS

Shelves in white lacquer bent sheet steel, which can be 1, 2, or 3 levels. They can be positioned onthe entire periphery of the stand and/or interior wall panels as well as in corners. It is possible toprovide lighting on the shelves using luminous arches.

• 1 Level Shelf: 1.46 m long (straight shelf), 1,14 m long (corner shelf), 0,25 m deep. The straight shelf can be equipped with a 16 mm diameter hanging rail placed on the luminous arch located 2,5 cm under the shelf

• 2 or 3 Level Shelves: Shelf in white lacquered bent sheet steel, length 1,47 m (straight shelf), length 1,15m (corner shelf), 0,25 m deep. The space between each level is 55 cm.

Fixed lamps are composed of a 50 mm diameter angled aluminum tube, white. The lights are equipped with LED lighting and are attached to the periphery of the stand and / or inside the stand at the junction of the partitions (number depending on allotment). 4.2 FREESTANDING LAMP

The freestanding lamp is composed of a 50 mm diameter angled aluminum tube, white, fixed on a 0,6 m x 0,6 m white metal plate, located where you want. Lights are equipped with LED lighting. An electrical socket positioned at the foot of the freestanding lamp provides the power and is included. Colour temperature: 4000° K.

4.3 LUMINOUS ARCH

Fixed, mandatory and free of charge around the entire stand periphery, the luminous arches can also be positioned on the back of the external and internal glass partitions.Only standard booths and display windows are not equipped with luminous arches.

5.2 SUPPLEMENTARY ELECTRICAL SOCKET

Electrical sockets can be installed every 1,50 m around the stand periphery (at the wall panel risers) and everywhere else on the stand with an accuracy of +/- 30 cm to take into account the network of the technical flooring.

IMPORTANT: Electrical outlets not drawn on your stand map will not be installed in your stand.

5.3 ELECTRICITY METER – KW INCREASE

Indicate its location on your stand layout.

For practical and aesthetic reasons, we suggest you locate your metre inside a booth, if you have one, or, if not, in a corner of your stand.

As a reminder, your stand comes with an electricity meter with power corresponding to the consumption of the lighting elements included in the standard equipment of your stand, and the supply of the sockets provided in the allotment on the basis of 300W / outlet; the power indicated on the table on page 2 is the maximum power provided by Première Vision (a more precise calculation is made according to the equipment indicated on your layout).

If it is necessary to increase the electrical power (such as when planning the use of several electrical devices, whether coffee machines or other), the additional charge will be at your own expense.

5.4 CARPETING

The carpet provided as part of the stand allotment is dark grey. You now have the option of ordering a different color for your stand carpet.
