It’s important to remember that all data required from you will be considered confidential and very important and above all necessary for the correct installation and services performed in your booth during the trade show.

Considering that the event promoting company is contractually obliged to strictly obey the occupation and vacate terms of the area hired for the event, under penalty of being deemed liable with fine and other penalties for the sake of damages, it is indispensable and mandatory the formalization of the attached Responsibility Term, prior the stand mounting.This Term must be signed by exhibiting company and by the mounting company, responsible for the Assembly and disassembly of the exhibitor's stand, and it must be delivered to the Exhibition Management (APS Feiras e Eventos Ltda.). The mounting of any stand cannot be initiated before the due Term is signed and delivered to the Exhibition Management. No exceptions.

By the present instrument, the above mentioned parties have agreed determining the obligations related to the activities of mounting and demounting of the stand(s) of the EXHIBITING Company, in the event FESPA BRASIL | EXPOPRINT DIGITAL, referred in this Participation Manual.

1. The Exhibitor, for the services of Assembly and disassembly of its stand(s), in the mentioned event, may use the services of a specialized company that, in this case, must sign the present responsibility term in the capacity of Mounter.

2. All the terms and conditions of the Assembly and disassembly of the stand(s) are the ones expressly defined in this Participation Manual and General Regulation, which the Exhibitor and the Mounter declare knowing and commit to fulfill, notedly regarding the terms and further norms that involve the mentioned activities.

3. In case the activities of Assembly and disassembly of the stand(s) within the terms expressed in the Participation Manual and/or in the General Regulations, the Exhibitor and the Mounter will have to pay, in a solidary manner, obliged to pay a contractual fine equivalent to R$ 35.000,00 (thirty-five thousand in Brazilian currency) per each period of up to 6 hours of delay, considered for the demounting, the total vacant of the occupied area, without the prejudice of the collection of damages and loss of profit that eventually the PROMOTER may have due to an omissive conduct by the Exhibitor and/or Mounter.

4. In case of non compliance with disassembly term expressed in the item 7 of this Participation Manual, and in case of interest and need by the PROMOTER, it can promote, at it own discretion, the removal of any kind of asset, product, equipment or material of the Exhibitor or Mounter or third party companies hired by the Exhibitor and/or Mounter, at Exhibitor and/or Mounter own expense, exempting any responsibilities related to theft, stealing or damages of any nature, collecting, for the sake of administration, a 30% (thirty percent) fee over the costs of the removal services, these values do not include the fine informed in the above item 3.

5. All the due amounts resulting of this Responsibility Term will be collected through execution proceedings, according to the applicable law in force. For such purpose, the parties, from now on, acknowledge such amounts as a clear and legal right.

The present Term is signed in 3(three) counterparts of equal contents and form, and the parties agree that any quarrels between them will be sorted out in courts of the City of Sao Paulo.

It is highly recommended not shipping any cargo to Brazil before receiving all the instructions from Takelog, appointed as the Official Freight Forwarder and On-Site Handling Contractor.

The Non-Compliance to these requirements will exempt Takelog. and APS Feiras e Eventos Ltda. from any responsibility for the non-liberation and/or delay on the delivery of goods destined to the event. Companies that may opt for using the services of any other freight forwarder can consign their shipments to their own local representative assuming all risks and the responsibility for that decision.
