We hereby bindingly register for the HUSUM Wind 2019 trade fair. We explicitly accept the following conditions:
· The General Trade Fair and Exhibition Conditions of the FAMA Fachverband Messen und Ausstellungen e.V., the Special Trade Fair and Exhibition Conditions and the Data and Price Sheet for HUSUM Wind 2019 (viewable at www.husumwind.com). · Dismantling of a stand before the start of the official dismantling hours on the last day of the exhibition is not permitted. Contraventions will be subject to a contract penalty of 15% of the net stand rental.· Any claims made by the exhibitor are to be submitted within two weeks of the end of the exhibition, otherwise they will be forfeited.
* · The above mentioned prices are stand space prices and do not include any installations and stand walls. The following additional charges will also be levied: – per sq m: € 0.60 AUMA fee; € 5.00 general waste disposal; € 10.00 power cost contribution – Marketing package incl. company profile (per exhibitor / co-exhibitor): where the data is entered by the exhibitor: € 300 plus VAT / where the data is entered by the organiser: € 375 plus VAT – Additional services (e.g. installations, dividing walls, floor coverings) can be booked separately using the OBS system at www.husumwind.com.
· All the prices stated are subject to the statutory rate of VAT.

The data (company profile) stated in the data and price sheet is used so that visitors to the fair can inform themselves about the exhibitor. The processing of this data is effected in line with Article 6 Section 1 lit b.) GDPR.
4. Processing is based on Article 6 Section 1 Letter f GDPR The processing is not effected on the basis of a legitimate interest but within the meaning of No 3. (see above-> Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit b.) GDPR).
5. Recipients or categories of recipients of the private data Recipient of the data requested in the registration form is the orga-niser of the trade fair, Messe Husum & Congress. In order to fulfil the contract, it may be necessary for us to forward your personal data to our service providers. 7. Duration for which the personal data will be stored We are legally obliged to retain the registration form with your data for ten years.
8. Existing rights regarding the personal data concerned We hereby advise you that you have the right of access to your stored information. You also have the right to demand the blocking and deleti-on of this data at any time. The right of deletion may be suspended if we are obliged to store the data in accordance with other legislation (e.g. for accounting reasons).
