hopefully give you more time with students. Additional lunches are 12 each and are available upon request; however, exhibitors are reminded that there is a strict policy of no more than two representatives per table at any given time. Hotels (see Accommodation on page 3) Internet Access and Wifi There is spotty service within the venue. Please do not rely on wifi access for your stand. Materials Each exhibitor will have a four to six-foot, wooden exhibition table and white tablecloth. We suggest that you bring a branded tablecloth and other decorative material for your table. You may bring one popup stand of standard size (7 tall x 2.5 max). Please note you will not be permitted to affix anything to the walls of the venue, so please limit your materials to those that can fit on your stand. Although we anticipate at least 3,000 attendees, feedback from last years event shows that most exhibitors suggest a guideline of 500-1,000 items when packing brochures, pens, giveaways, etc. to give to students. If you have a particular concern, please contact [email protected].

Alternatively, you can walk to High Street Kensington to hail a London black cab. The final trains to Paris leave from St. Pancras at 3:31 pm, 4:52 pm, 5:31 pm and 7:01 pm. Travel and Accommodation We hope that your journey and stay in London will be enjoyable. For further information on travel and accommodation: http://www.fulbright.org.uk/media/CollegeDay/TravelandAccommodationAdvice.pdf Third Parties There has been an increased interest in private companies and conferences wishing to promote their services to exhibitors this year. While we appreciate their wanting to make you aware of their services, we feel strongly that the exhibition time should be SOLELY reserved for you to connect with students and also want to protect your privacy from email promotion. Therefore, we have invited only qualification organisations such as the Scottish Qualifications Authority and Cambridge International Examinations as well as BigChoice Group and The Student Room to have advanced entry at the event from 3:00 pm 4:15 pm on Friday while you set up your stands. This allows these organisations to inform you of important changes to UK qualifications and/or their services without encroaching on your time with prospective students. However, if at any time you are approached or contacted by a third party during the fair hours, we ask that you notify us immediately: Vivian Chen, [email protected], 020 7498 4018 (or 07557 933371 during the fair). VIP Attendees (see Opening Times on page 4) Visitors We anticipate at least 3,500 students, parents, advisors and teachers to attend this years event.
