The Compound Semiconductor Week (CSW) is the premier forum for science, technology and applications of compound semiconductors. Compound Semiconductor Week (CSW) 2020 will be held at The Brewery with waterfront location in central Stockholm, Sweden, May 17–21, 2020. CSW 2020 follows a series of successful meetings last held in Berlin, Germany (2017), Boston, USA (2018) and Nara, Japan (2019), each attracting about 450 participants. As in previous years, CSW join its predecessors in a single event: CSW 2020 is the joint venue for the 47th International Symposium on Compound Semiconductors (ISCS) and the 32nd International Conference on Indium Phosphide and Related Materials (IPRM). The conference will include four high-profile keynote presentations, four thematic courses, four parallel sessions over four days with invited and contributed presentations, two major poster sessions, an industrial exhibition, a special women-in-STEM session with panel discussion, banquet dinner at the Vasa museum and an excursion with a boat trip on the lake Mälaren that arrives for a reception buffet at the Stockholm City Hall, the famous venue for the Nobel Prize Dinner. The exhibition is conveniently located in close proximity to, and running concurrently with, the technical sessions of the conference. The beautiful premises of The Brewery will provide excellent opportunities to meet and interact with experts, professionals and potential customers in the various fields of compound semiconductor materials, devices and applications.
