2. Description of Services and Deliverables:

Purpose of the project is to establish six (6) new primitive camp sites at the existing Muleshoe Bend Recreation Parklocated near Spicewood, Texas. The project scope includes the construction of an camping loop road (asphalt) withparking spaces for each new camp site, installation of camp site amenities at each site, new parking spaces (asphalt)at an existing restroom building, and associated site work, erosion controls. Of the six camp sites, one shall be ADAaccessible which will include concrete pads and a concrete sidewalk from the camp site to the existing restroombuilding. This project scope does not include any water or electric utilities installation. Contractor shall perform allwork identified on the plans.

3. Applicable Designs and Specifications:

Drawings are currently marked for permitting and may be used for obtaining proposals. Engineer of record willmark and seal the drawings for construction prior to the pre-construction meeting once all questions and commentshave been cleared during the procurement process. 4. Other Requirements:

Contractor shall:• coordinate the schedule of work performed with the LCRA project manager and LCRA facility

representative and;• coordinate the installation of the camp site amenities (picnic table, tent area, fire ring, lantern hook) with

the LCRA facility representative.

8. Payment Schedule:

For the Services and Deliverables to be provided hereunder, LCRA will pay Supplier a Unit Price of $XXX, inaccordance with Exhibit D of this SOW. All work invoiced for a given Deliverable must be completed andAccepted prior to the Supplier’s issuance of an invoice.

9. Approval:

The parties hereto have caused this Statement of Work to be executed by their respective duly authorizedrepresentatives, and this SOW is effective as of the date of the last signature below. Any changes to this SOWmust be made in writing and signed by the Supplier and the LCRA Agent noted above or one appointed byLCRA Supply Management with appropriate delegation of authority.
