Create new drawing named (My Blocks), Change drawing units to be metric, Draw door & window and create door and window blocks, Open Design Center and go to Home Designer then create tool

Open your previous (Ground Floor Plan) drawing,

Insert doors and windows blocks from (My Blocks) Drawing,

Align them in their suitable places,

Insert bathroom blocks as shown in the following drawing,

Using Different Hatching Types

Create new layer (Hatch),

Use suitable hatching types for Bath and Balcony spaces as shown in the following drawing.
