EMINENT FACULTY PANEL
Dr. Amol Singh P.H.D (IIT ROORKEE)
Dr. Amol Singh is a faculty in the Area of Operations at IIM Rohtak. He did his Ph.D. in
Industrial Engineering from IIT Roorkee in 2006, M. E. in Production Engineering from
Moti Lal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad in 2000. He received MHRD
fellowship for full-time Ph. D. Research work at IIT Roorkee. Before joining IIM Rohtak,
he served Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida and Institute of Management
Technology, Ghaziabad. He has published several research papers in International
Journals and conferences.
His research work appeared in International Journals like, International Journal of
Integrated Supply Management, The International Journal of Advanced
Manufacturing Technology, Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management, Journal of
Modelling in Management, Procedia Engineering, International Journal of Modelling
in Operations Management, International Journal of Simulation Modelling,
International Journal of Applied Engineering Research etc. and in International
Conferences like MATADOR., DAAAM, SIMTECH etc.

Prof. Peeyush Pandey FELLOW (FPM) IIM INDORE
Dr. Peeyush Pandey is Assistant Professor in the area of Operations Management at
Indian Institute of Management Rohtak. He has completed Fellow Program in
Management (FPM) from the Indian Institute of Management Indore. Prior to his
doctoral degree, Dr. Pandey has completed his M. Tech. in Industrial Management from
Indian Institute of Technology, BHU, Varanasi.
He holds a B. Tech degree in Computer Science from Krishna Institute of Engineering
and Technology, Ghaziabad. His thesis work “Workforce scheduling in a retail store:
Models and solution approaches” deals with a mostly unexamined topic on workforce
scheduling and hence is expected to contribute substantially to the field.
His research articles, book chapters and case studies are published in many peerreviewed
journals. Presently, his papers are under review in some of the top-rated
journals. His writings have been accepted for presentation at various top rated
international and national conferences like INFORMS, POMS, EUROMA, SOM etc. He was
among the few participants all over the world who was offered grant from ELAVIO-2016,
held in Cali, Columbia.

How To Apply
Periodic evaluations have been built in
throughout the duration of the course in the form
of quiz, assignment, project, case studies and
other objective/subjective assessments. The
evaluations are designed to ensure continuous
student engagement and to encourage learning.
Students who successfully clear the same along
with the requisite attendance criteria will be
awarded a Certificate from IIM Rohtak.
Assessment
• Graduation or equivalent degree from any
recognized University or Institute.
• Corporate Nominated (graduation criteria may
be considered for exemption in cases where
participants have some prior experience similar
domain.
• Working Professionals with a minimum of 3
years of experience.
• On case-to-case basis less experience can be
considered.
