Terms & Conditions:
Participation fee is inclusive of benefits as per stipulated.
Application of company is subject to the approval of the organizer.
A passport copy of participant is required for necessary logistic arrangements.
Registration form must be completed and returned to FMM by July 31, 2018 along with payment. FMM reserves the right to cancel the booked seat if payment is not received.
Payment should be made in favour of “FMM Services Sdn Bhd” crossed “Account Payee Only”. Bank detail: Maybank 5142 0814 1636
Cancellation must be in writing to FMM. If cancellation is received after August 31, 2018, there will be no refund.
For last minute cancellation or no-show, organizer reserves the right to impose charges on participant for one night hotel room minimum.
FMM reserves the right to alter or cancel the delegation programme. All efforts will be taken to inform participants of any changes.
