Terms & ConditionsPlease read these terms and conditions carefully1. EnrolmentConfirmation of course enrolment will occur once the non-refudable initial deposit of £150 is received along with completed course application form.

2. Payment Full payment for services should be received no later than four weeks be-fore course start date . All payments should be completed by international bank transfer or PayPal and must include any associated bank transfer costs and fees incurred.

3. CancellationCancellations fees will operate on a scale depending on the written notice prior to course commencement given to Excite English, as set out below:i. More than four weeks: full refund (minus initial deposit)ii. Fewer than four weeks but more than two weeks: 50% course fees refunded. iii. Fewer than two weeks: No refundCancellations resulting from declined visa application will receive a full refund, including initial deposit, but will incur a £50 administration charge providing the student informs the School with more than 7 days’ notice

4. RefundsEarly departure due to illness or any other unforeseen emergency will not be refunded by Excite English. It is recommended that appropriate insur-ance is taken to cover all eventualities.

5. InsuranceExcite English does not cover students personal and financial accidents. The appropriate travel insurance should be taken out prior to course com-mencement.

6. TransfersAdults: course price does not involve airport transfer. Airport transfers are an optional extra and must be purchased separately.

Juniors: We will provide a full accompanied meet and greet service for all students providing that details of the student’s flight is received more than seven days before arrival. Flights must be between 08:00 and 20:00 on a Sunday. Flights outside these times will incur a premium transfer supple-mentStudents not using the airport transfer service will not receive refunds and must be accompanied by an adult at all times until arrival at the centre.

7. DisciplineExcite English reserves the right to remove students from the programme after should the school management deem the student is acting against the best interests of the programme. Repatriation costs will not be incurred by Excite English.

8. ComplaintsComplaints must be made in writing at any point up to one week afer the student has left the school. Any complaints made after this time will not be considered.

9. LiabilityExcite English will not be liaible for any injury, theft or loss incurred dur-ing the programme except in cases where liability is directly imposed by UK law.

10. Promotional CopyrightAll parties agree that photos and quotes during the programme can be used at a later date without permission or consent.

11. Data ProtectionAll information provided will be held on computer and Excite English adheres to local legislation and regulations on data protection.

12. Programme and serviceAll information is correct at time of print but is subject to change at any time where circumstances beyond the control of Excite English deem a change necessary.

13. Force MajeureExcite English will not be responsible for any failure to comply with any of its obligations (and, therefore, shall not be required to provide any compensation) if the failure is occasioned by any cause beyond Excite English’s reasonable control; nor shall Excite English be responsible for any costs incurred by or on behalf of the student as a result of any such cause. Such causes shall include but shall not be limited to war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, unusually adverse weather conditions and infectious diseases.
