My spouse and I both work. Do we qualify if only one of us is separated or downsized?Yes. If you are both named on the finance contract, you qualify for an equal share of the Payment Protection Plan benefits.

Can I be protected on more than one vehicle?Yes, you are protected on each vehicle financed through a qualified source purchased through Exchange New Car Sales.

Can I get my financing anywhere and still qualify?No. You must finance your vehicle through one of the participating finance institutions named above to be eligible for the Payment Protection Plan. However, financing an automobile purchase is your responsibility, so you should shop around for the rates and terms that meet your needs.

Is the Payment Protection Plan transferable if I sell my vehicle?No. Payment ends if you sell or refinance during the coverage period.

The program stipulates “Involuntary Separation/ Downsizing” as a condition. What does that mean?An Involuntary Separation is when your military employment is terminated without cause, when your re-enlistment is not accepted, and when your separation is not accompanied by a financial separation incentive. Downsizing is when your employment is terminated without cause, and when your termination is not accompanied by a financial separation incentive.
