• Inform your VUB Exchange Coordinator

• Scholarship programme + destination

• Compose a first Learning Agreement

Nomination to SAC

• Nomination to SAC by your VUB Exchange Coordinator


• Compose a final Learning Agreement with VUB Exchange Coordinator.

• Send it to [email protected]

• Follow up via Student Selfservice

Approval Faculty

• VUB Faculty evaluates your Learning agreement





Approval

Host Institution

• SAC sends nomination & Learning Agreement to host institution

• Start application at host institution

Official Approval

• After exam results: VUB Faculty evaluates and officially approves your exchange program

Departure Package

• All three parties signed Learning Agreement + final approval Receive departure package (contract, grant, etc.)

Take-off Meeting

• Take-off meeting before departure (May 2016)
