Page 3 & 4Put students in pairs. Give one student the Partner A sheet, and the other student the Partner B sheet. Have them ask each other questions to find the missing information. See the reference chart on next page (Page 9) for answers.
Page 5. Have your students survey each other about their jobs. If they don’t have jobs, cut up and distribute the occupation cards found on page 8. Give one card any student who does not have real job. Tell them to make up their own hours and satisfaction. Then have your students walk around the class and survey the other students, asking what they do for a living, what their hours are, and whether they like the job or not. Tell them elaborate on why they like or dislike their jobs.
Extras. There is a 4 page picture dictionary and reference guide which can be distributed to your students for extra practice before or after the class. (page 10-13). Also, on page 6 there is a reference page with sentence describing jobs and occupations, which may be distributed at the end of class.
