To Begin using Matrix, Click the: Enter “The Matrix” in the spreadsheet which will take the user to the next sheet

Row 14 (bottom line in picture) shows the user that it is:HMUG Chemical Group – 10 (column A)
HMUG Chemical Group Name – Fuels (column B)
Hand Protection Chemical Recommendation – Neoprene, Nitrile, or Natural Rubber (column C)
Column M (Multi-Layer Laminate) is YELLOW may
also be used.
Column D, E, G, H, I, L are GREEN and should be the PPE used
Columns F is RED which signifies DO NOT USE!
Following row 14 over to the first GREEN cell (identifies the column that is recommended).Follow that cell up to row 3 provides the user with a glove type (NITRILE (GREEN “OTTO Fuel”) Gauntlet Gloves ).

Other glove types that could be used
When there is multiple green cells the user has a choice of gloves that may be used. In the example you can see that all but column F could be used. Note: Column M (Yellow) is OK to use as an alternative or in addition to the specific glove.
