IN SUMMARY---- A CAREFUL HISTORY AND A GOOD PHYSICAL EXAM WILL LEAD YOU TO THE CORRECT DIAGNOSIS IN 95% OF CASES----FOR THE OTHER 5% YOU WILL NEED PROPER X-RAY EVALUATIONS
