The Challenge: Our Client needed a technical platform that will allow all the Invigilator Module and Examination Management. The solution should be capable of handling multiple tenants. The solution has to be a cloud based solution in order to be accessed through multiple devices irrespective of their location. Solution: Katpro Technologies designed and developed Cloud-based Invigilator Module and Examination Management that was the primary platform to streamline and automate our client day-to-day business process. Admin and Invigilator are the two logins, Admin will login and allows Invigilator, and Invigilator takes the attendance and allows the system for each student for writing the exam. If any mall practice occurred Invigilator has an access to give 3 warnings and finally block the students from writing the exam. Marks saved until after completed the exam.
