The AURA EX1 is a general purpose regulator designed toprovideprimarypressurecontrolofgasor liquidfor inlets up to 415 bar where minor fluctuations in outletpressureduetovariableinletpressuresareaccepted.AURA’sencapsulatedseatdesignconsolidatesthenumerousmovinginternal components of a standard regulator into one singlepiece, allowing for ease of maintenance and minimizingpotential failure points. Protected by a 10-micron 360° filter,theencapsulatedseatprovidessignificantlymorefiltrationofimpurities than the standard pressed-in disk. The encapsulated seatalsofiltersdamagingparticlesfromallinletportsratherthanjustthepipelineport.Availablewithmultipleseatmaterialsandorificesizes,theEX1’scapsuleensuresoptimumperformanceinanyapplication. AURA’sproprietarymachiningprocessyieldssurfacefinishes of 4-25 Ra designed to reduce corrosion. With itsminimal internal volume, theEX1alsoallows lessgas tobeused while purging. The AURA EX1 is assembled in a Class 100 clean roomasacompleteassemblywithallgauges,fittings,and valves attached. The complete assembly is cleaned foroxygenserviceandis100%heliumleakchecked.Additionally,theEX1undergoesmultipleflowandfunctionteststoensurethehighestlevelofpurityanddurability. Available with Dursan® LS inert and anti-corrosivetechnologythatprovidessuperiorcorrosiveresistanceversusexoticmetalsinhighlyacidicorcausticapplications,theEX1istherightchoiceforcriticalapplications.
