A usual practise at EVOLVE is to generate this brief using the following methodology, this help align employees needs with the organizational goals ► Workshop, ► interviews and ► observations.

Workshop - Gather key decision makers; facilitate energetic sessions using tools and props to merge end-users’ needs, concerns and expectation with corporate objectives, such as communication branding, staff retention etc.
