StrapCh 315.Row 1 (RS): Hdc in second ch from hook and in each ch across, turn.Row 2 (WS): Ch 3 (counts as dc), dc in each st across, ch 1, turn.Row 3 (RS): Hdc in first st, *FPdc around post of next st, hdc in next st; rep from * across. Shoulder PadIn center of top of strap, make even folds, 3 thicknesses, each approx 10" (25cm) long. Whipstitch through all 3 thicknesses to create shoulder pad.
Ties (make 2)Ch 20, fasten off.
Tassels (make 4)Wrap yarn around a 3" piece of cardboard 10 times. Carefully pull yarn off cardboard, wrap yarn about a ¼" (.63cm) around one end of the loop and tie a knot. Cut the opposite end of the loop to complete the tassel.
FinishingTie one tassel to each end of Tie. Place one Tie in center FPtr of top opening of front. Rep for back.
