Next year, Plymouth Elementary is excited to implement “The Leader in Me” program. Our goal is to create a school environment that encourages responsibility and leadership among the students. Many benefits have been seen at schools already implementing this program such as: •Increases in students’ self-confidence, teamwork, initiative,

creativity, leadership, problem-solving, communication, diversity awareness and academic performance

•Improved school culture •Decreases in disciplinary issues

•Greater parent involvement and satisfaction The program is centered around the 7 Habits of Happy Kids shown below. We look forward to sharing more about this program with you in the coming year!
