On July 28th I was invited to attend Everton F.C. training session by Ian Mulliner,

Director o Coaching or Illinois. Everton F.C. is in !"erica on a #re$season toursto##ing in Chicago and Colorado. Everton F.C. is co"ing o one o their "ostsuccess ul seasons as the reached the se"i$ inals o the Carling Cu#, last %& othe 'EF! Cu# and inishing a credible ( th in the English )re"ier *eague.

Everton F.C. have the + rd longest serving Manager in the league in David Moyes.David Moyes is one o the "ost res#ected Managers in the league and haswor ed with so"e o the to# #layers, such as, -ayne ooney, David /inola,)aul /ascoigne, Duncan Ferguson, 0i" Cahill, 0i" 1oward, a ubu, Joleen*escott to na"e but a ew.

0he session started with a 3og and so"e dyna"ic stretches. 0he itness stathen too the #layers or so"e strength training. 4o"e o the #layers 5in3ured6then went to the gy" and the others went with David Moyes and 4teve ound.
