MINIMUM There is a $3,000 food minimum for Breakfast in the Bar. There is a $30,000 food minimum for Breakfast, Brunch or Lunch in the Main Dining Room and a $4,000 food minimum for dinner in The Equestrian Room. Please note that alcoholic beverages, NYS tax, service charge and administrative fee are not applicable towards the minimum.Prices may vary according to season.
DEPOSITA deposit of 50% of your minimum is required. Your reservation can be held for 48 hours without a deposit.
FEES & GRATUITYA service charge of 20% will be included. If desired, guests may leave anadditional gratuity. An administrative fee of 4% will be applied to your bill, in addition to the New York City tax of 8.875%.
WINE & BEVERAGE SERVICEBeverage selections should be determined at least one week prior to the event to ensure that all necessary items are in stock. Special wine selections may require more advance notice. Wine pairings can be arranged based on menu items, and prices will vary accordingly. The full cocktail menu is also available, and beverages will be charged on consumption. There is a $150 corkage fee per 750ml bottle.

place cards and special gifts if desired. An additional cost may apply.
CANCELLATION POLICYFor a full refund of your deposit, cancellations must be received 21 daysprior to the event. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the minimum for the event.
