Bolle, ‘bubbles’ in Italian, represents

celebrating with great company. From

formal dinners and cocktail receptions to

private luncheons, our ‘Bolle Room’ will

ensure a memorable event. Entertain your

guests surrounded by reinterpreted classic

Italian elements such as blackened steel,

rustic leather, elegant drapery, and warm

tones of walnut and gray oak. All this

playing against the soft lines of furniture,

brass accents, patterned glass and large

hanging pendant lights to fill the space.

Enjoy a seasonal and spontaneous tasting

menu with Chef Andrea Giuliani at our

gorgeous walnut ‘Chef’s Table’. This is a truly

unique behind-the-scenes experience with

a front row view of our culinary team in

action. While dining, Chef Andrea will take

the time to discuss his creations with you

and your guests, explaining the courses as

well as answering any of your questions. We

offer two seatings every Friday and

Saturday night, 6pm and 8:30pm. Please

inform us of any allergies or dietary

restrictions when making the reservation.

Pause at Pausa until midnight! Beginning February of 2017, our group dining

will be available for booking during our exclusive late night hours. Available

from Thursdays through Saturdays, we invite you to kick off your party at 11pm

with our open kitchen and bar in full action. Whether you would like to host a

late night ‘Spritz Hour’ with passed hors d’oeuvres, a dinner celebration with

cheese and house-made charcuterie, or a midnight birthday celebration, a

memorable outing awaits.

Our ambient dining room will awaken its state of the art sound system during

Fermata to create a vibrant dining scene unlike any other on the Peninsula. We

look forward to hosting your late-night party, soon.
