Located in Epping Forest, but only minutes from Chingford Station (London E4), it’s just 30 minutes from Liverpool Street
Station and less than five minutes from junction 26 of the M25.

Where do people stay?
Gilwell Park offers its own accommodation in 39 boutique bedrooms (35 en suite). One of these rooms is our Bridal Suite.
Each bedroom includes a full English or continental breakfast.
What facilities are there for disabled guests?
Gilwell Park London is accessible to all patrons, specific details are available on request, please call 020 8498 5300 or
contact your event organiser.
Is car parking available?
Yes, and free for all guests.
What equipment is available in the meeting rooms?
Data projector, screen, flipcharts and delegate packs which include notepads, pens, post-it notes and name cards.
Do you provide technical assistance?
If you need support on the day, we can arrange this for you.
Do the rooms have natural light and air conditioning?
All of our rooms have natural light with great views across our 108 acre estate and a number of meeting rooms contain air
conditioning.
What is the minimum number of people you can cater for?
As little or as many as you need us to - we’re flexible.
What is the largest event you can hold?
Up to 250 people, and we regularly hold formal dinners for up to 180 or 150 with a dancefloor.

Can we bring our own caterers?
We have an excellent list of accredited catering suppliers ranging in all types of cuisine. Please speak to one of our team for
more information. As our Events are now dry hire we do not allow your own catering to be brought on site, apart from a
celebration cake.
What minimum numbers are required in meeting rooms?
Ten delegates is the minimum for many of our conference packages but if you have less than that, we’ll create a bespoke
package for you.
