JOURNEY OF THE SENSES

Guests arrive at the cocktail and

fragrance flight bar where they learn about notes of each intoxicating scent.

Black feathers doused with fragrant notes of black pepper, patchouli, amber and

cardamom are wafted in front of each guest, before sipping on the matching

custom crafted cocktail.

Guests receive a mini scent and matching cocktail menu as a parting gift.

LIKE A VIRGIN

Guests will learn about the power of

plants, their medicinal uses and how virgin drinks can be delicious even

without alcohol. Sip on wellness drinks whilst learning about the various health

benefits of key ingredients to promote a sense of wellbeing and balance. From

aiding digestion to ways of increasing mindfulness and focus our drinks include

a ginger turmeric honey elixir and a super food plant based energizer.

THE SPICE EXPERIENCE

Guest experiment with bold flavors and

spices using the ancient Indian science, Ayurveda which dates back 5000 years.

Guests will learn about the history and health benefits of exotic ingredients, such

as curry leaves, cardamom, and aloe vera. Through understanding this holistic

heath care system, based on the human body, mind and spirit, they will leave

feeling rejuvenated and balanced. Guest will be given a a miniature bag of

custom blended spices as a gift

AFTERNOON TEA DELIGHT

Learn the history and ritual of afternoon tea. Guests sample tea cocktails whilst

uncovering their health benefits and antioxidant properties. Guests learn how

lemongrass is used all over the world, from warding off colds to repelling

mosquitos. Smell, touch and feel fragrant teas through this afternoon experience.

Guests take away a custom blend of tea leaves and a cocktail menu.

each of which highlights different aspects of a solar body. Think beet juice and gin

methane-filled Uranus; or a deliciously quaffable small shot in honor of petite

COCKTAIL CLASSES

We offer an interactive cocktail making class in an intimate casual environment

designed to flows like a chic cocktail party. We set up cocktail stations

including shakers, strainers, jiggers, and everything you need to create killer

cocktails. An expert mixologist will guide guests to try their hand at crafting custom

designed drinks, while learning about cocktail culture, mixology trends, spirits,

and technique.

PICKLED BLOODY HEAVEN

Discover the versatility of the Bloody

Mary. Using fresh local ingredients with a blend of spices, guests will journey

through the history and origin of the drink and the art of pickling. With a variety of

garnishes to choose, from pickled okra to beans and peppers. They sample

different versions of this drink made with Mezcal, Tequila and Vodka
